Great product for small business

Thankfully i found my old one because although the new one works, it loses connection over and over throughout the day. Very annoying. It now sits unused.

Not so great purchase

Number one, it's not going to work unless you have a strong connection (service/wifi). Number two, it needs to be fully updated and paired before you bring it outside. Number three, everything this reader can do you can also do on your phone. It's fine if you don't want to use your phone and/or you want to give the very few cards that can't tap a chance to pay you.

It’s constantly having error issues and not wanting to work properly. Not sure if mines is defective that is why I gave it 3 stars

You don't need an additional device for low transaction count uses. And transaction cost is very low.
