    Great but required good WiFi

    Missing 1 star because it requires a good WiFi connection to work. This is troublesome for spotty areas and pop up events.

    Trash after 13 months and one use.

    Died after 13 months. Used it for annual event. Pulled it out for next one to test it. It will not pair with two different phones. Looses charge after 12 hours. Square has also dropped modern Samsung phones which worked when it was purchased.

    We've not had an opportunity to use those products. Our review is regarding the poor customer service. First, our initial delivery dates were rescheduled for a later date. When we ordered these with 8 tablets, we told the agent that the order was for a church and we had a sales tax exempt certification. He advised that when we picked up our order, a credit would be issued. We found out that that is not the case, rather the church would have to open an account and then upload the certificate. Subsequently we found out that had I put the products on my account, that the church would receive an additional year's warranty. Again, the agent that took our order did not give us this information. As far as the order processing I would rate this a zero on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being outstanding.

    I’m so done with Best Buy. Paid for square reader through customer service, I was told it would be ready at the desk . I needed it for my business the next day. Drove 60 miles and was told they don’t have anymore. So disappointed. It took away my busy schedule, gas and etc.. Best Buy service has gotten so bad. I guess they feel they will always have customers…
