I didn’t read the book but saw the movie in theater and thoroughly enjoyed it. Story, 80s culture references, graphics - loved it all. And now to have Blu-ray and digital copy, perfect item to pick up.

Ready player one is great I like date going to the game world doing like game stuff like from the from the movie stuff and game stuff.

Normally, if I hear someone else give a great review, I'm biased and don't enjoy the movie as much, but this was as good if not better than everyone said it was. Even watched it two nights in a row!

Exceeds expectations. Started off a little slow, but really enjoyed this movie. Sounded great with my home entertainment set up. I would recommend.

This movie was an amazing adaptation of what the VR world could be. The references to my younger days, makes me dream of what the future could hold! I highly recommend giving this movie a chance.

A great Speilberg movie loaded with 80's pop culture. Repeat viewings is a must in order to find all the references to past movies and events. The movie really pops in 4K. Definitely a must-see movie!

As many people have pointed out, the book and the movie are vastly different. But that's not a bad thing. The film adaptation keeps the central characters and story intact. The movie is a lot of fun and worth a watch, just don't expect a page-by-page interpretation of the book (which is an excellent read, by the way!).

If you have a Dolby atmos system this is the movie for you so many special effects and sounds coming from all speakers. Me and my family really enjoyed this movie

futuristic look at what our world will most likely be. I watched with my 11 year old and there was a slight sexual clothes on scene that wasn't too appropriate for him but it was quick. A couple bad words but nothing crazy. Good movie and scarily accurate of what I think our USA will look like in 2045. Good story also.

It is such a cool movie! I’m a huge fan of the book and the movie is different enough to make it a fresh experience, but similar enough to keep you from feeling cheated out of the awesome story!

A gamers virtual world made into a film w every game character there is in virtual universe. Another must have w a cool story line I very much enjoyed.

This movie truly allows one to show off a home theatre system. The 4K images are stunning and the audio quickly immerses viewers. If you are new to 4K, this movie is a must have for your collection!

First off I'm big on my steelbook collections, and the design for this one was awesome! And being able to experience The Oasis in 4K is like watching it in 3D all over again, but without the glasses!

Very entertaining premise with incredible effects. I heard this film underperformed at the theater, but if you like science fiction, action and adventure -- and you can suspend your disbelief a bit, you'll like it. Sad that Spielberg omitted most references to his own films: he was a big influence on pop culture in the 80's.

I saw this movie in theaters. I haven't seen a movie that really grabbed my attention like this in a long time. So naturally I HAD to get it when it finally came out on bluray. Still love this movie!

Awesome movie especially if you are into VR, this 4K movie has the new Dolby Atmos and it sounds amazing and looks great because it’s 4K. Get it it’s well worth it.

Really enjoyed this movie! Has a fair amount of action and i love the whole virtual world concept! Definitely would recommend. Also a pretty family friendly movie too, that won’t bore the parents :p

Great Movie! Tons of Easter eggs! A great nostalgic movie of the 70s, 80s, 90s and 00's!! A ton of pop culture! You can't help but love it! You see something new in it every time you watch it!!

I ain’t gonna lie when I seen this movie in theaters I had to buy it ASAP when it came out lol if you a fan of Spielberg movies you’ll love this one.

I watched this movie on a plane flight and loved the story line. I had to buy the movie and read the book. I don't know why it didn't do better in the theaters.
