Good movie for us retro video gamers. Great story on a fictional world consumed, and influenced by our video games.

He's seen it at least 4 times in the theater, and shows it to all of his friends at home. It's visually pretty enough with a decent story line that I don't get forced out of the room by boredom after the 12th time.

I have the book on my list to read, but this was fun and entertaining. Loved all the Modern pop references thrown in.

Love video games? Epic battle scenes and music that goes with it? Love anime?... Get it! Enough said

This movie is meant for 3D regardless of plot! Great on a big screen and surround sound is good. Movie is OK too.

My husband and I both enjoy this movie. We watch it repeatedly for the fun of it.

This is such a fun, fast pace, and beautiful looking animated movie. There's plenty of action and emotions rolled up together in one movie. My wife and kids really enjoyed this movie as well. I definitely recommend.

The film does present an incredibly bleak dystopian future where reality sucks so bad that virtual reality is a necessity. But the visuals and 80's references made this such a fun film, for those that loved the 80's.

RP1 is a great movie for all ages ... this version with the steel book is pretty awesome and the graphics are great

Looks great and it's funny to see Spielberg have to reference his own works in this film. It's really a visual treat and the story is still good but having read the book I found it overall a little disappointing.

Rented this movie at first, then loved it so I had to buy it. Im a gamer and love the gaming aspect to this movie!

In 4k, this looks incredible, and the audio is clear as well. The only complaints I have are how far the movie drifts from the book. They just removed the heart from the story. It's okay, but could have been better.

Although the movie was different from the book, it did have a lot of the original's intent and feel. Very entertaining
