Spielberg, Cyclops and James Halliday. It’s a pretty close adaptation and features so many pop culture references that you’ll be sure to find your favorite among them. Let’s hope there’s an oasis in the future for all of us..

I am a 3D fan. I wanted to buy the 3D version of this, but for some reason no Atmos Soundtrack for the 3D blu-ray. The sound is better than the 3D effects for sure. So buy the 4K version. It even has dolby vision as well for HDR, so two pluses with for 4K, but only one with 3D. If 3D had Atmos, that would be the preferred version, O WELL

I give this the 5 star rating for the cinematography and digital imagery that leaves you wanting more. The story was good but could have been great, however, does not detract from all the eye candy keeping the mind engaged.

Ready Player One is a movie about gaming and man it was totally out of this world. Spielberg is a legend no doubt but I didn't expect a masterpiece like this even from such a legend who is 71 years old 4K is Awesome

This movie is a fast paced adventure that has tons of pop culture references. The special effects are the highest quality. The acting is well done. If you like pop culture from the 80s and 90s you'll get who this movie is for.

I am disappointed that 3D movies are getting harder to find. I was very excited to see this movie was available in 3D. It makes it so much better. I think 3D is the way this movie was intended to be watched.

A little bit Pixels without the alien concept crossed with National Treasure in virtual reality world. A lot of fun and probably my favorite movie of the year. And as a person growing up in the 80s and 90s it’s pretty cool to see the old nostalgia mixed with the new,

Heavily edited down from the book is here stripped to the bare essence and loses much. Just a lot of well made action scenes.

At first I didn’t think I would really like this movie when I seen it at the theaters. But ever since I couldn’t wait for it to come out on 4K. The packaging, content, sound and picture are awesome. My boys and I really enjoy watching this movie over and over again.

This movie made me a kid again! I found myself laughing and pointing at the screen every time a 80's or 90's reference pop up. The best part of it later explaining all the jokes and reference to my kids. It doesn't hurt that its directed by Spielberg. Awsome movie!

Ready Player One is one of those films that you just have to experience to truly enjoy it. Great references and fun tidbits to enjoy. If you're a movie fan then you'll find something to appreciate with this film. Nice steelbook packaging, good 4k image. Recommended

I walked in not having read the book with relatively low expectations. I walked out a fan. I started reading the book after watching the movie and I love learning more about this incredible world. If you're a fan of 80s pop culture of video game/geek culture you'll find things to love in this movie. It's not Shakespeare by any means, but you'll walk away feeling good and probably wanting to play a video game.

Ok, if you are a on-line gamer you will like this movie, If you like 80's stuff you will like the back ground stuff as you are in the mind of the guy who developed this game, and see what he was feeling, what was important to him and how he applied it to the game.

Bought this movie for my nephew. Even though it is for him, I have seen it multiple times. I was skeptical at first, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. It has action, humor and is face paced. I was pleasantly surprised.

I did not see this movie when it was first released. I saw it much later and I loved it! I grew up in the 70s and 80s so a lot of it was right up my alley. I had an Atari 2600 and I played Adventure and did find the Easter egg.

Better in 4k can really see all the Easter eggs in this film I had to pause a screen or two due to high number of characters hidden in film. I love this film I didn’t think I would.

Great movie with a nostalgic feel to it. Getting the 4k version is a great way to future proof your movie collection even if you don’t have a 4k setup yet!

I like how this movie shows that people don’t look the same in “real” life compared to their “digital” persona. Also how it warns people not to trust based on “digital” looks, and how it presents ethical dilemmas to a movie that my children still want to watch.

Awesome 4K family flick. Although I don't have kids, I think they would have enjoyed this movie for sure. The eye candy is really special. I would say this is a great flick to buy in order to show off a 4k setup. I know my wife was impressed how great it looked.
