I didn’t know what to expect from this movie because I never read the book but it was very entertaining and visually just stunning. I am not usually a sucker for the packaging a product comes in but the metal box is cool and fits the vibe of the story. Great but.

I liked this gaming movie and so did the whole family. It’s probably enjoyed more by those who like gaming and adventure but don’t appreciate graphic violence. It’s appropriate for middle school ages and up. Somewhat predictable but still a feel-good movie.

I was elated throughout majority of the movie. It was like watching my childhood on the big screen!! It was a pop culture collage!! The movie itself more or less followed Willy Wonka, but the world in which it lived was both visually stunning and immersive!

For the graphics and illustrations I would suggest blue ray to be sufficient enough. Having 4K doesn't really make much more of a difference. Unless you get the 4K on sale or just need to have it on 4K, just get the blue ray. As for the actual movie, it was okay. A lot of nostalgia for the older generation. It seems like they rushed through the story to try to fit as many pop culture references in as possible.

Great movie for nerds! So many pop culture, video game, and movie references throughout. Enjoyable the whole way through! Kind of cheesy and cringe worthy story line, but I feel it is meant to be that way. With that being said, it doesn't hurt the movie at all.

"Ready Player One" is a digital, 80's and futuristic thrill-ride of a movie, that's all Spielberg and all heart. It's just a great ride of a film! One of the best of 2018. The blu-ray offers great A/V and hours of extras. Absolutely recommended for all.

This is one of my favorite movies to rewatch. As a child of the 80's it is a walk down memory lane seeing all of those old 1st generation video games. The story and action are also great and fun for the whole family.

It was a great movie that kinda had something for everyone as far as video game references. It’s crazy that it sometimes feels like this type of thing could actually happen. I guess it sort of already has, witch everyone’s nose buried it their phones lol.

Director Stephen Spielberg delivers one of the best movies of his career in this amazingly fun video game movie that is full of Pop Culture references from the 80's. This should be a must watch movie for the entire world.

Just like company name was Best Buy.. If they did stuff, production making thier own. I would think that would really be future.. I was so intrigued watching the movie. Everything about it pleases me . (: (:

if you are a gamer, movie watcher of any kind, song lover, you will enjoy this movie. The amount of references this movie has is outstanding and every second, you see someone or something from a movie you love.

This was a great pick for family movie night! It had something for everyone and kept everyone’s interest, hard to do with 6 kids, lol. We loved all the different characters and “Easter eggs” in the movie. Kids and grown ups will love the action and comedy.

I got this movie thinking it was going to be an introduction on how the paper fabric made for newspapers came to be, but instead what I got was a B-rated action movie. Good on visual effects w/ 4k, not that good as far as plot.

This movie is off the rails!! The opening action sequences, picture quality and the Dolby Atmos makes this one of the top 10 movies and home theater enthusiast needs to have!

Got the steelbook for collectors reasons just like all my movies. They did a great job with it, of course it isn't as in depth as the book and they changed a few things. If you haven't seen it I would recommend to watch the movie first and then read the book.

As a parent, family man and gamer. I must say that I really enjoyed this movie a lot. It was fun, clever and funny. This is definitely worth owning and to me has many re-watch value. My kids really loved it and it was so much fun watching it with them.

ATMOS!!!! This movie has the greatest Dolby Atmos mix. This is my go-to when showing off my home theater. And the movie is actually entertaining and a good story.

Wasn't sure what to expect with this movie and was pleasantly surprised to find I enjoyed it very much. I don't play video/computer games yet this movie made me interested in checking into them to find what all the hype is. Looks like fun, like this movie!

If you are 30 years old or older, this is a must watch movie. I first watched it on the first or second day it came out in the theaters and I was hooked. I watched it three more times in the theater and counted down the days until it came out on Blu-ray.

An okay/fun movie filled with action and great visuals. The story is whatever, but vfx is great and looks great in 4K.
