I really enjoyed watching this movie especially with all the 80s references all the cameos it’s hard to even spot Them all there are so many but the movie is really great and the special effects are awesome and it’s just a really good movie

I heard a lot of bad stuff about this movie, so I waited until it came out in stores... my mistake, I should have went to see it in theaters. This movie was amazing from the beginning and kept me entertained the whole time. see this movie!!

Reminded of me of Avatar, but in a good way! Pays homage to the classic games and gaming genres. I love the cameos of classic gaming, anime in the movie. The CG blew me away all this in 4k! Get the steelbook for your collection!

This is one of the best 4k UHD films to showcase your Dolby Atmos 4k HDR home theatre. It's just not the same when you stream. It's a good movie but I highly recommend this to show off your goods.

This movie was a lot of fun, with too many pop culture references to count. On UHD blu-ray, it looks even better at home than on the big screen! Detail abounds, and several scenes really take advantage of HDR with highlights that pop.

Ready Player One captures the imagination with a newer positive outlook for the future. I thoroughly enjoyed the cast, and felt that the animation was top notch. This could be a great family movie.

I was skeptical that a movie version of the book would do it justice, as the book was rich with 80's references that the non-geek just isn't going to appreciate. I was pleasantly surprised. There were some major departures from the actual story line, but I won't spoil it for those who haven't seen it yet. All-in-all the story stayed true and it was fun to see it on the big screen.

I have seen this in the theatre and also on DVD, but man the jump in detail and quality of 4K/HDR is nuts. So many little details I missed on previous viewings.

If you're a gamer or someone that grew up in the 80's....this is a great movie to watch!!! Seeing all the 80's references was a blast from the past...not to mention all the cool gaming characters and games. Highly recommend this movie!!!

Many reference of 1980's pop culture film. Fast pace mostly throughout the movie. characters are well acted. Plot is interesting and the ending is alright. Just over two hours of this up tempo film will keep you thinking how will it end.

The perfect movie for your new 4K TV. With all the graphics from the virtual world of the Oasis, you can enjoy all of the "easter eggs" and fictional characters you can find in this movie.

The plot was rather entertaining with the many pop culture references entertaining enough to make people of all ages to find things to like. Visuals were awesome too... wish a 3D version was avail.

Wonderful escape movie where you get to live an exciting life in the Oasis through an avatar. It is a fun and entertaining movie that is especially relevant for those of us who remember gaming in the '80s. I recommend this movie highly.

I never read the book so I my review isn't affected by what could have been/should have been. I really enjoyed the movie; everything about it was done very well. The pacing was great and it was simply a fun action movie. One of my favorite Spielberg films in a while. The visual effects were very well done and all the video game and movie references were fun to spot.

We love the New technology mixed with the old school references and video games. We also love the fact that it shows what lives could be like if we do not teach a good work ethic and pride in how we live. A Movie for every generation.

I loved RP1 in 3D but 4K always lets you see things you might have missed, and RP1 is chock full of surprises you don't want to miss.

I love this movie. The vintage setting is perfect. Seeing the old avatars in the game and how it all revolves around a persons childhood memories. It really looks so much better in 4K

Just what to expect from GrandMaster Steven Spielberg. Story line and plot were very creative, as were the special animated effects. I thoroughly loved the way the nostalgic imagery blended in with the story line. Creative use of many of the figures from some of the most popular (and beloved) movies e.g. Iron Giant, RoboCop, etc. was very ingenious. 4-Stars ...... hlfjr :)
