I went into this movie just because the other movies I wanted to see in theaters were packed, and I came away happy. I wasn't expecting much because to me the plot is overly simplistic, but the way they tell the story is engaging and it is a beautiful movie with a plethora of 90's and early 2000 video game references.

Nostalgic, if you grew up watching horror and sci-fi or playing video games. I enjoyed the story and the visuals

A true ultra HD 4K release in every sense of the title. Resolution and HDR on this are both fantastallicy applied. Has a good story too, not just some visual fluff ride. *cough*Avaitar*cough*

I am sick of bestbuy offering the same steel books for 4K movies and regular blu-rays. I want the spine to indicate it is a 4K title when i shelve it. I cannot tell you how many 4K titles i have purchased that cannot be distinguished because the steel book spine only indicates blu-ray Wonder Women 4K did it correctly.

Ready Player One is the Steven Spielberg adaption of the Ernest Cline novel of the same name. This movie is an Easter Egg filled trip to pop culture of the 80's, with vibrant colors throughout.

Heard the book was great but I’m more of a movie person. Amazing movie...love all of the Easter Eggs! Filled with lots of action packed scenes!

If gaming and sci fi is your thing, then this movie is perfect for you. All kinds of references to movies and gaming. Definitely fun watch with anyone.

This is a pretty good movie with fantastic visuals and great action scenes. Best way to describe it would be willy wonka meets avatar. Some of the actions and dialogue from characters are questionable but the movie moves at a fast pace to get the story going. Steelbook is great with a nice futuristic retro look in 4k.

I LOVE Steven Spielberg's films. Every. Single. One. Of. Them. There are classic Spielberg moments in the film and the heart is surely there but I'm not a gamer and I can't really stand the PS3 graphics look of the characters. Once you get past that is a very enjoyable movie. Great blu ray picture and top notch sound.

This movie was a pleasant surprise. I went in figuring it was going to be awful and when it was done I liked it enough to watch it the next night again with my kids. All of the 80s throwbacks are great and the story is fun and interesting to follow. Some of it is corny but there is enough good content to balance out.

For those looking to take a trip down memory lane of TV, Movie, and Arcade history, this movie is for you. The CGI is nice and crisp. The story is not to bad. The steelbook packaging is a plus.

I added this movie as part of the 4k player bundle I purchased. To my surprise my wife is obsessed. Shes watched it at least 6 times in past month. It looks great and the story is enjoyable

I grew up as a gamer and am a hopeless romantic. So, I know you will enjoy this movie if you are the same as me. Can’t go wrong with 4K and beautiful CGI.

This movie is great fun. A love letter to everything pulp that we grew up with. Its layered and complex enough to be a good ride. Recall your 13 year old brain for a more enjoyable experience.

This is a fun movie. Visually stunning and the storyline is pretty strong. So, if you didnt read the book, this movie will be something to add to your collection. If you DID read the book, you'll likely kick and scream because this movie doesnt quite follow its origins like it should've. But, that's hollywood for u.

I was really surprised by this movie. Being an avid gamer I really enjoyed this movie and so did my daughter stating on twitter that she gave it a 10 out of 10. I couldn't agree with her more.

This is the best sci-fi movie I have seen since Avatar. If you like games or even if you don't and you like future/sci-fi, you will LOVE this one. Some new faces and some you have seen before.

For anyone that ever spent there afternoons in a quarter fed arcarde, this is a must watch. A decent tribute to many of the classic games that many of us grew up with. Great for all ages.

A great precursor in where we are headed to in the Metaverse. So I would recommend watching to get a better understanding.

It is a Spielberg movie all the way. At first I was not to sure when I saw the movie trailer but after watching I know I wanted to add it to my collection.
