This movie was a great mix of everything great in the 80's and early 90's pop culture. I never read the book but highly enjoyed the movie.

The storyline of player one is what every kid can relate to. It was a great movie where good and honest beats greed and a need to control.

I saw this for the first time yesterday. I wished I would have seen it in the theatres. Great story lines with a lot of popular character appearances throughout the movie, though they aren't more than a mere glimpse.

I don’t understand what critics are complaining about, if you’re a gamer/nerd/geek/anime fan, etc. you’ll love this movie. Such a fun time.

While the movie follows the book it's based on rather loosely it is still on overall decent movie. If you're a fan of pop culture and references to it this is definitely a fun movie to watch. I'd also highly recommend reading the book as well!

The cinematography in this film calls for the 4k experience. Loved the film and am very happy with the purchase.

The music score is a throw back at times and the themes throughout are great for all generations. I loved it and the kids did as well.

As a child of the 80's, this move was a lot of fun to watch with all the television and movie references from that time (and many since!).

You can always count on Steven Spielberg to bring a great story to life. The story, the musical score just draw you in for a awesome ride.
