    I was informed that all work could be done at one time. Was informed that they couldn’t drill holes for my backup sensors and I would have to do that myself which I did. Hooked up the sensors and they didn’t work. In short, I had to make a total of 4 trips to try and get it corrected. Not happy with a 20 minute drive to get there.

Having new equipment installed in your vehicle is exciting, and we would certainly do our best to get the work completed in one appointment. Multiple trips to the store is never ideal, but we want to make sure you are ultimately satisfied with your purchase. Best Buy offers a lifetime workmanship guarantee on all car electronic installations, so we will be happy to further assist if things are still not working properly.

    My backup cam works great. They did a good job installing it. No damage to my vehicle. The only complaint I have is that I was quoted 2 hours and it took nearly 6 hours for them to finish.
