I have no complaints with the Geek Squad. They were very knowledgable and efficient. However the mirror backup mirror that was installed is completely worthless. Immediately after backing out of the garage, when sunlight hits the mirror, the camera view disappears.

Geek Squad very professional quality installation.

First install was causing battery to drain. Second visit with Cody did not find the problem, disconnected the camera. Third visit with Jaime confirmed draw on the battery, installed a switch in the camera circuit, so far it is working OK

The installation was good but the price quoted when the appointment was made went up considerably and they did not honor the price quoted at purchase and appointment.

Installed car cameras and were supposed to have removed camera that had been previously installed but did not. When asked, he said it wasn't on the work order. Still charged the same price that appointment setter had quoted as the extra time it would take to remove the old camera. I feel pretty ripped off.

Back up camera doesn't have great view. Mirror is to big for my liking

The camera was installed on the top of my SUV rear liftgate instead of above the license plate. It's too high to see a car's bumper that is behind me when I am parallel parking.

The agent wasn't friendly and don't have any customer service

The mirror doesn’t fit well. It attaches to existing mirror. The backup camera function is great, but the mirror itself is awful. Also, function buttons are located right where you grab the mirror to adjust it. Spend a little more to replace your mirror instead of this add on.

The installation “Gee” was not friendly and didn’t explain what were they doing. Their concern was doing the job and getting paid. Hey could or didn’t want to spend the time to have the time of impact connected as Zu was told the red wire they couldn’t connect only after the installation when it was ready for pickup the car. If they had me notified earlier i wouldn’t have it installed. I told them i need to view the street level from my license plate not rear mirror image from upper level. They were eager to collect their money or installation
