    Had 3 dash cameras installed(3 diff cars),one is not fully operational, called store and they had me.try and trouble shoot on phone with no success, now the store said it is out off return policy

    Mostly well done, but missed alignment

    The service personnel were polite, professional, and prompt. The service was completed in the time promised. The system works as it should, with the exception that the camera was not adjusted properly. This should be a basic step of installing a rear-view camera.

    Lousy installation. Geek squad just pretty much just gave up because he could not align the camera lines the right way. I have to adjust it myself. Im a no experienced guy but with the help of mr google and ms youtube. You’ll get it done

    Actual product is good. Service provided by the agent was horrible. He informed me that he could not install the product as it was described, even though it was available for my vehicle on Best Buy's site. Finally, after having to argue with him, he agreed to install it correctly. This was upsetting because he was simply looking for a way NOT to complete the install and wanted me to believe it was not possible. Left a very bad taste in my mouth and I purchase everything from Best Buy.

    This was really bad service. The manager was unprofessional about the service. There was no phone number for the install shop. He acts like people don't work and have all the free time in the world to go to the store to have them just tell you they can't look at it for 3 weeks. The install was done wrong. The technician was rude, unprofessional, and sloppy with his work. He could care less about his craftsmanship.

    I brought my car in for installation of a rear view camera at the scheduled time and was advised that Best Buy did not have a technician to do the install. Best Buy did not notify me in advance of the scheduled appointment. I was not pleased. Best buy credited the purchase but the main reason I purchased the rear view camera from Best Buy was the installation.

    Over priced & broken taillight

    I was grossly overcharged for wireless backup camera installation and when I was contacted by managment the manager knew absolutely nothing about how I was to be charged. Plus the Technician broke my taillight and didn't replace it or tell me. Very disappointed to say the least. Back up camera is wireless with auxiliary plug monitor not a mirror at all

    I suspect the product was very good, but after waiting a week to MAKE an appointment, eight emails, four phone calls, two cancellations, I arrived on time for my appointment to be told the product would not work in my car. Zero stars for the Geeks.

    Pyle backup camera monitor installed by geek squad

    Totally inferior quality, the monitor kept coming out off the windshield, it broke and I tried sticking it with glue but the total product is a waste.

    1) Backup camera is NOT working after spend 150+ dollars for the installation. I have to remove the cover of the trunk myself and reconnect the line. The connector is loosing. 2) I was charged extra money for Peripheral - 12V DC Adapter - Black w/o asking me first. After installation, I was asked to pay for it. Why don't you ask me first?

    Everything was tighten to much

    Picture quality was very poor I come to find out the wires where zip tied to much and wires where tightly wrapped. I fiddled with wiring at home picture cleared up about 95% black and white screen still no color but i have picture now.

    Work started at appointment time and was given an approximate time for installation which was accurate. Only negative was that waiting area was cold due to bay door being open.

    Brought vehicle in to have VOX 2 backup mirror installed. Brand new windshield got broken. I replaced the windshield. Will get mirror installed eventually.
