Camera works great on my jeep. Price was affordable along with free installation. Even came with a bigger rear view mirror which I love.

Purchased a backup camera on Amazon for my wife’s car and had Best Buy install it. The guys doing the installation were phenomenal. Took a little longer than promised, but the work was superb. Definitely recommend.

The Geek Squad agent in the auto area is fantastic! He corrected the problem twice and is ordering another part for the rear view mirror . The mirror kept falling off the windshield but is ok now!

The agents put the camera on the rear license plate. Very knowledgeable but the unit does not have a chime or audible sound alerting us that we are getting close to a wall, or other car etc..

Excellent customer service. The gentlemen at bestbuy made sure everything worked properly before I left and took the time to walk me through how to use the product.

Colton did a great job installing my back up camera on my car I love it the visibility is very poor behind my vehicle in adding this camera really enabled me to see what was going on behind my car

Drove 200 miles to Rapid City and had it installed. It took probably an hour and a half and the tech guy was very good. They did a good job installing it.

The agents installed my back up camera on my truck just as I instructed them to. And what awesome instructions to follow up with. Very time wise for getting the job done.

My second appointment was awesome. Everything was installed in a timely manner and was explained to me. I didn't leave having questions. I would give 5 stars however the first appointment was a disaster. I was told it would be additional money even though the service i prepaid for was quoted by a technician. I was told he didn't know how to do it and it would take 4 hrs and he just didn't have the time. I called the 1st store and corporate and received no follow up so that tarnishes the overall experience. Morse rd store, awesome. ..dublin store worst experience ever.

I bought a truck that did not come with a factory backup camera. I weighed my options and was very pleased to find this product. This is a great camera. Best Buy installation is outstanding.

The installer who installed my backup camera, was great. The installation was completed quickly, and the installation looks great.

It added a more modern twister by 2014 fusion that did not have a back up camera…
