    There is nothing worse than being out in the field, using your camera's capabilities, and run out of battery power. Particularly if you have the GPS activated, you'll need a spare battery or two. Don't take a chance on an aftermarket battery;;;get the one designed for your camera.

    The battery is good but it doesnt keep the charge as my old battery that has 5 years (and still works better)

    Does not fit a D5000. Won’t enter camera body. Sales Associate was wrong. D5000 uses EN-EL 9A battery
