this works for nikon d3400
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i originally purchased what i thought was a compatible battery for my nikon d3400 (salesrep told me it was compatible for d3400) but found that only the nikon brand (oem) battery will work. when i loaded the compatible version the camera gave an error message that i could not bypass. the nikon battery works with no error, the only difference i found with the part#'s is the nikon battery has an a at the end. (Nikon - En-el14a) the compatible batt has no a. not sure if that makes the difference.
