Good battery life, easy to recharge, nice to have a spare too

I had lost my camera and was sure I wouldn't be able to get a replacement. I was sooooo happy to find that my Best Buy store had a replacement in stock. I was able to purchase the battery, and it was just what I needed.

One time we ordered a similar product off the internet and got ripped off because it appeared after we received it to be a knock off (fake). This time we went with a brand name from Best Buy to avoid that happening again. It's bad enough to pay retail prices for real products but to pay less than retail and get a bad product is worse.

Works the way it should. I needed an extra battery for ebay pictures. What a pain when you are in the middle of a photo session and the only battery you have is dead.

Hard to always find the correct battery for an older camera. The salesperson was right on top of it. Best Buy has a lot of camera batteries! Even better are the salespeople, working the floor. Thanks.

Have a Sony camera I haven't used in 3 years. Had the old battery but not the charger. Bought new battery because I didn't think the original one would take a charge. Wrong. Now I've got a spare.

This is a replacement for a battery that was about 2 years old. I expected more life from it and felt that $50 was expensive for it's replacement. While in use it performed well, just did not think it would die so soon.

for as long as i can remember i've been buying sony cyber shots, again they delivery with this latest model, they changed up the battery style a bit but i find it easier to carrier and handle. another home run sony!

I recommend this camera, Sony Cyber-shot, model dsc-w710 to anyone as an additional camera to you Nikon D200 or other type camera. It takes great pictures and with a little practice, can take short movies.

This battery is great. I have owned the camera for 3 years and this is the first battery replacement I have had to make. (and only because of water damage) I highly recommend this battery to others!

The battery for my Sony point and shoot camera would no longer charge so I found the replacement battery at Best Buy. I tried Radio Shack first but they didn't carry it. Thanks. I would hate to have thrown out a perfectly good camera just because the rechargeable battery quit working.

I needed backup battery for my daughter to take camera for field trip. Although price was a bit steep just for battery, it worked as it should.

there is a old saying you get what you pay for . If you buy a cheap battery for your camera it won,t last found this out first hand, battery life depends on how often the flash is used.

When I bought my camera it was an open box. No battery included. Excellent sales guy open a new battery and put it in a package with my phone. Great customer service.

Hard to comment on a battery. It either works or it doesn't. This one did and the camera is now working and capturing photos of geckos and lizards.

I am always happy to shop at Best Buy. The staff is knowledgeable & friendly. The product selection is excellent. The prices are very competive.

The battery works pretty good sometime it seems like the picture is a little darker then I believe it should be
