The Sony brand batteries seem to last quite a bit longer than other brands, so worth the purchase price to me!

Got charger to keep a battery ready at all times

Keeps the camera powered and ready to got so no missed opportunities. With several active grandchildren that can be a sudden challenge.

The battery charges withing a couple of hours and last adequate time but many have expressed desire for Sony to introduce new one with better capacity as camera eats them up pretty quickly. Overall good product which can be improved.

Don’t ever go out with just one. Your always need a back up battery. Took this recharge battery to Europe and it was the best investment.

I have a few off brand batteries but for whatever reason the Sony branded batteries seem to last much longer. I know that Sony does not manufacture their own batteries but these do last longer.
