After comparing battery prices, I found this one to be the least expensive for an OEM equipment.

Customer service agent lied to me about being located in the Orlando office (they were actually in India). They also lied about this camera battery being a fit for my Panasonic camera. She said whatever she could to close the sale. She even became aggressive; pressuring me to make the purchase over the phone and assuring me she would help me ensure it was a good fit once I got to the store (when I got there no one even knew who she was because she was in India). The only reason she was able to convince to believe something so silly and talk me into making the purchase was because I first verified that she was an Actual employee of Best Buy. I thought to myself “Best Buy is a well-known, reputable brand”, so even though this feels scammy, she is in FACT a Best Buy employee. I’m disappointed you, Best Buy. You’ve lost a great deal of my trust due to this experience. Forgot to mention the manager of the store almost didn’t give me a refund saying “you can’t return batteries”—even though I never left the store. What a nightmare.

This was a great deal from best buy. Even cheaper tha Amazon and eBay for bram new one. Highly recommend it

These are being sold at full price, too expensive. They are needed for work so had to overlook it. Besides price, everything is fine.

Compact size, but doesn't last as long as a typical DSLR battery. Smaller battery = smaller capacity. Not Sony's fault, just can't hold as much charge due to the size.

I use this battery in the Sony RXIV. It does as well of job that the battery that comes with it but I wish it would last more shots.
