The new Sony battery is much better, the only good thing about these is that they are small.

Would love for a similar product with about three times the power - this baby just doesn't get it done (unless you have several on standby - I own five).

Battery DOA from store curbside pickup.

Purchased this item and it was delivered via curbside service at store today. When I got home that same day and installed it to check if my camera worked, the battery was DEAD ON ARRIVAL! Camera displayed a message, "BATTERY EXHAUSTED." I tried to charge the battery but the orange light kept flashing fast like the troubleshooting steps in the manual. I have a Sony ILCE-3000 and now I have a brand new dead battery that I waited for several days to be delivered and I cannot use it at all. Will be returning to the store tomorrow. Very Disappointing.

My Canon and Nikon batteries for their corresponding cameras last much longer. I am a little disappointed in the quality and especially the price of this battery. This was an extra battery. I have the same issue with the one that came with the camera

I was surprised at how expensive they've become! Still had to purchase though. Would have preferred a much less expensive alternative and am happy I don't have to do this very often.

Not pleased with the limited battery life, so I carry 3 extra batteries. Would not recommend the Sony mirror less a6000 as a result.
