recommended new receiver has not arrived 1 month

Geek squad not knowledgeable and lazy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The agents that installed my refrigerator clearly didn’t know what they were doing and/or were too lazy! Never measured the door, still tried to haul out the old fridge ended having to remove the handles then realizing the front door had to be taken down too. Meanwhile my food defrosting … They also installed the wrong water hose which gave a horrible taste to my water. I had to call the squad again to check the water line/taste hoping it was someone more knowledgeable but the agent didn’t even taste the water, he touched the filter and told me LG would have to give me a new fridge because the problem was inside the fridge water lining. So of course LG sends in their agents, first thing he does is taste the water , then he checks the water lining behind the fridge and there is the problem!!! The wrong lining! So I switched it with the old water lining and boom! No more taste in my water! So yea terrible experience! Can’t count on your guys squad.

Bad TV Installation
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very dissatisfied with Geek Squad. Had to buy a $200 in-wall cable that they ruined by bending it. Just ordered another one. Company won’t reimburse me because the cable was damaged by the Geek Squad. Now I’m out $400 and the TV is still not installed with the cable in the wall. Have to wait another 2 weeks for an appointment.
