Great Keyboard! The mouse came broken. I couldn't click the right click and the left click was a workout to press down.

This keyboard and mouse looks good but does not feel like a gaming keyboard or mouse. The mouse cord is too stiff and catches on a round beveled desk.(?) The keys are already wearing off the paint. The mouse has only one color, but you can change colors on the keyboard and the lights are not that bright. Received on June 7, 2021 and Return period ended Jun 22, 2021?

Cheape looking and feeling than I expected. 2 stars for the rgb lighting.

Was excited to clap some cheeks when it comes to FPS on PS5. Mainly Cold War and R6 Siege. The fact that at a system level the console supports KB+M is awesome(thank you PS2). To my disappointment. “A” and “SPACE” are unresponsive. Super bummed. Playing on console, so no option for “Sticky Keys” fix. At least I purchased the protection. So hopefully, mines was just defective and they will exchange it for me. I will keep this review updated.

Opened this up Xmas day and the mouse is already messing up it keeps disappearing off the screen.

To big for me. Did buy something smaller. Not into flash n lights

I had the keyboard for four days and several keys stopped working. The keyboard light is not very bright although this was expected for $40. Sometimes when I change the light setting to another setting, nothing happens. Overall, I would not buy this keyboard considering how some keys stopped working so soon. You can buy a basic non-lighted keyboard for a much cheaper price and the keys will work for years. I can understand if the light feature stopped working, however keys should always work. I’ll give this keyboard two out of five stars. This review is brought to you by a random IT technician.

Feels like cheap plastic, but at this price it's not too bad. You can change the speed of the LED wave effect and the brightness using the arrow keys + FN key. Need to install software to do anything else special.

My initial impressions were fine, but I did have issues typing in passwords. I thought I was just "fat fingering" and hitting keys unintentionally. One day I realized that it was the keyboard that was defective, that some of the times pressing the right shift key resulted in the keyboard registering a pressing of "enter". I was discouraged after an attempt to contact the manufacturer about this issue and will subsequently never purchase a single redragon product in the future. I should have just sucked it up and bought razer like I ended up doing anyway.

Bought the first of September, by the First of October left mouse button started to stick. Called manufacturer since they offer 1 year warranty. Stated I had to go back to Best Buy to get it resolved. I did not purchase Geek Squad protection as it is and inexpensive Item and the manufacture offered a 1 year warranty. Problem in a nutshell is Red Dragon will not honor there warranty

the keys are dimly lit & the top row of "F" KEYS ARE ONLY 95% LIT. I thought that the keys would be extended high but they are like regular keys on a regular keyboard. the optical wired mouse is flashing red all the time, which is annoying.

It's a fair keyboard for a person who is starting out on pc gaming, but it doesn't give the speed and quality that others would give. Buttons are stuck easily down and is not fast enough like a gaming keyboard would be.

This review is not for the product, but for the packing & shipping used in mailing the product to me. The box was inferior. It was so inferior that when it arrived it was literally smashed almost completely flat. The keyboard was in pieces. There were plastic shards everywhere inside. The mouse, as far as I could tell, was still intact, but who knows what kind of shape it was in after the postman had monkey stomped it. Maybe it was one of the BB employees who found out they were getting axed, even after their greedy owners had made record profits. Who knows. Anyway, it was returned and I just went somewhere else.

This keyboard and mouse look great and the different options for the keyboard are pretty cool, it is a little disappointing that the mouse doesn't change color but for the price it wasn't bad. However, the "a" and "o" keys do not work at all on the keyboard. I tried different usb ports, different computers, checking drivers, looking to see if there was anything physically preventing the keys from working and I couldn't find anything. The keys simply didn't work and since it was a gift, they had tried it past the return timeline so now I don't know what to do.

My son wanted this set because it was affordable and an upgrade from a standard keyboard to a gaming keyboard... barely. Don’t waste your money. Buy something better.

Overall its decent but my left shift and enter keys do not work. I can't download any drivers from the redragon website cuz this set up doesn't exist there. I would very much like some sort of compensation or help or something

good deal, but I ended up returning it because it just felt too cheap. Found a better mouse / keyboard combo for the same price

The mouse’s LED went out very soon after the purchase; and the physical store did not have a replacement unit in stock.
