This is the filter for our refrigerator. We assumed it would be great to get it there too. However, we got a faulty filter. My husband looked it up on the website and followed the directions. The result was that it was faulty. We returned it and said so. The return was denied. This filter is not cheap. So I will not be ordering it again from Best Buy, and I'm very disappointed with the customer service. There's no reason I'd return it if it worked.

He stated it was an issue with the filter, I exchanged the filter at BB and installed the new filter.. Same issue.. Called the GE repair man back, he stated the 2nd filter was not good.. This time he came with a GE filter straight from GE, installed that filter and IT WORKED.. I did return the 2nd filter to BB.. The GE repair man suggested that going forward I order filters directly from GE..

Ive bought at least 6 of these already. Water pours great until it hits around 90% life. Very frustrating.
