Went well. He wasnt part of best buy so that was a plus given that my order was messed up.

Gave us the water line but told us they don't install the water line

To Whom It May Concern, On Wednesday December 2nd, 2020 I spoke with a geek squad customer service representative, named Christina, regarding setting up an appointment to replace the water line for a fridge that I had ordered from Best Buy. As the call progressed, Christina became combative, belligerent and eventually hung up on me, stating that she would “take care of the issue”. After this encounter with an extremely rude customer service representative, we had an appointment on Saturday December 5th, 2020 for a team to come and replace the waterline. However, nobody showed up on that day; and, after a call to Geek Squad where I spoke to a much more helpful customer service representative, named Trenton, I was informed that no team had been assigned to replace the waterline on Saturday. Even though Christina had discourteously informed us that she would “take care of it”, it is clear that Christina had been derelict in her duties. I am writing to ask that you hold Christina accountable for her actions, which have cause us the distress of no water source while the waterline was not replaced, and for her unprofessional demeanor when interacting with paying customers. I hope you can make this right. Thank You,

They were quick and efficient. They could have been more attentive to the lining up of the doors.

Our delivery person arrived early, was friendly and efficient. He knew just what to do to remove the old refrigerator and installed the new one literally in minutes. Nothing was broken in the process and he gave us all the instructions on how to get the ice maker and water flowing cleanly. Great service!

The installer (Danny) was prompt, very respectful, and did a job overall. He certainly knows and does his job well.

Horrible horrible horrible service, wont recommend to anyone. Best buy uses third party vendor to install or get that new water line or electric and they uses third party local vendors. And once you buy this service you will go through whole another level mess. So I highly recommend that just get the product and get it installed by professionals not from Best Buy

Took a couple trips out, but they figured ot out. Fridge needed to be reset to make ice. They sent out a real plumber though, not just a "technician"

The two men from Best Yet did an excellent job installing the new waterline for our new refrigerator. On time, cleaned up after themselves, were knowledgeable and helpful by explaining things better than the inshore people.

The new valve installed was either faulty or not installed correctly which caused very low water pressure. I had to have the installer come back a second time to reinstall another one.

The product was exactly as described online and was a perfect addition to my other Kitchenaid appliances. The deliver was on time and perfect. Friendly and courteous deliver men. There were in an out in no time. They wore their mask the entire visit, explained everything about the refrigerator, removed the packaging and left no mess behind. A great experience!!

This was well worth it!!! The person they had come was fantastic - very professional, did a great job, and no leaks!!! I'm not sure what a plumber would normally charge (it may be more or less than this), but I'm very happy with what we paid and the work the person did. I would recommend this service!!!

The installation process was ok, just an additional fee in order for the product to fit was a bit too much.

The service technician went way above and beyond the installation. After he connected the waterline my touch faucet wasn't working correctly, he was very helpful over text with pictures to try and help me correct the issue. When I wasn't able to resolve it myself he came back at the end of his workday to fix the problem. Great customer service, thank you!!

Delivery was on time as promised and by the most courteous delivery men. Unfortunately, i didn't realize that i didn't have an existing proper waterline for the new refrigerator to be installed. I will have to engage a plumber. Thank you for your service, Happy New Year!

I called BestBuy to have the installation guys come back and complete my installation. Which wasn't completed because the water line was to short. I signed off on the job thinking that they were going to return as soon as I made anther appointment once I got a longer water line. I paid for them to install a water line and i expect a return to finish the job. Upon calling the store to make the appointment I was told my job was completed. I was shocked and tried to explain the situation. I asked her to call the men who came to install my refrigerator and they could explain everything. She assured me she would call me back but never did. I have had problems in the past with orders with Best Buy and figured Id take one for chance with you. I am not happy right now about this whole situation. I bought this refrigerator expecting it to get installed the same day. If someone doesn't fix this then this is going to be my last buy from Best Buy. It will be a shame because I still need to replace a stove and dishwasher.

I'm really not sure about the product. The store ordered it for me, it was delivered, but installer didn't use it. I now have on sitting on my counter trying to figure out what to do with it.

This is my third for refrigerator and it probably only works so I'm happy it was a long process

I have cold water and ice great to have would recommend having it done if you have that option on your refrigerator
