EXCELLENT INSTALLATION SERVICE BY TWO REAL 'PROS' (One named NESTOR; sorry, didn't catch the other's name)...And Whatta System Those Two Had...Mind-blowing... Amazing! THEY DESERVE REAL COMMENDATION!!

They made an error when they hooked it up initially (ice maker hook up wasn't operating). They had to come back out to fix it, but it is working now.

They had to push my appointment nack a few days but offered my a 50 dollar gift card for the inconvenience, installation was fast and professional

Installed new water line without incidence, no leaks. They cleaned up before they left. Gave directions to toss out first gallon of water and 3 ice cube runs.

a couple of guys came in to install a new water line for the ice and water dispenser of my new fridge. They were on time and only took about 30 minutes for the job to be complete. Great job!

The installation was a breeze. Easy setup and too little time

Once again, the installation crew refused to perform the job, running out of patience. Terrible miscommunication between Best Buy and the third party contractors. After more than a month still wanting, very disappointed on Best Buy.

I bought a new refrigerator and this was part of the installation. The serviceman installed it so I assume it worked. It was recommended with my purchase and I don't know if its actually needed but I didn't want issues with my install

The company called the day before to confirm the install time. They also called the day of to let me know the exact time they would arrive. They came in ran the water line and was done in around 30 minutes. I was very impressed cause they had to run the line past a dishwasher and several cabinets. The workers had great attitudes as well.

It was good the only problem they couldn’t hook up my ice maker.

They said the install was included but they did not install the water line. I paid a plumber to come and install the line.

It took 4 month to have someone come out and connect the water. Their people didnt know how to work with pex pipes so i had to find someone to do it for me... after promising that they would do it... the whole experience was horrible and nooo one DID ANYTHING to help me!! They just kept making it worse!!... just giving me delivery dates that either they didnt show up for or couldnt do it or damaged supplies where sent to me!!! i order appliances in Nov and april 21st i STILL DIDNT HAVE ALL MY APPLIANCES! Soo i returned EVERYTHING. I went to home depot ordered everything sat and i got EVERYTHING DELIVERED UP N RUNNING ON THUR!!!!! I AM SOOOOO DISAPPOINTED IN BEST BUY!!

Great delivery and installation team, they set up a new waterline from the sink for me. Works great, they set up the fridge and took all the plastic and garbage with them. They were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They took their time to install my fridge properly. I am very happy. I wish I had bought all my appliances from Best Buy.

I wouldn't recommend their 3rs party to save my life. I just purchased my home and was buying all new appliances when I thought everything would be great. Yea they hired someone who has been in business for 7 months and isnt a qualified nothing he was a handy man. They destroyed my home. And when i say destroyed i mean destroyed. It's a 20 min job to put in a water line instead it took this quack a total of 3 days and 18 hours to put in a water line. On top of that he ripped my flooring up, Broke my water main, and ripped my door off the hinges. So I tell best buy all of this and it has taken over 1 month to even talk to anyone about this. I just spent a small fortune fixing the water main the busted and that came out of my pocket. They will point the blame and nothing will get done. I'm so ready to get a lawyer involded.

Install was ok but they did not remove the plastic before putting doors on. So I'm stuck looking at plastic

It took 3 visits to get this installed because of how the door was installed. Rather than reorder another refrigerator AGAIN, the installer took out upon himself to change the door for us. Her was gracious and it extremely kind of him to do this for us. He told us he want supposed to do it, but what he did is the truest example of customer service!

The delivery men did a great job. They were considerate of the floors by wearing shoe coverings. I asked a couple questions and the installer explsined and demonstrated how to change the water filter. I hope they deliver any other appliances that I buy in the future.

I reviewed the install of our LG refrigerator with the fridge review. No installation by BB after months of trying to get water line and fridge installed. BB customer service sucks! That's the only way to say it!! My husband put in the water line and the fridge. We have Total Tech membership and that offers free delivery and install - but no luck with any install - Pathetic assistance whenever I called or went on-line for customer service. Thankfully my husband is knowledgeable/ambitious and able to run the line and hook up the fridge/ice maker. BB couldn't offer this help!
