THE REFRIGERATOR IS GREAT. THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE TREATED ME EXACTLY LIKE A USED CAR SALESMAN. AFTER THE PURCHASE HE DID NOT WANT TO PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION WITH REGARDS TO THE FINANCING ETC... AND WHEN ASKED HE SIMPLY REPLIED “ THAT’S JUST THE WAY IT IS” HE WAS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL...

The installers were very professional and installed more than required due to another installer skipping out on an gas range install. There was a team of 2 that explained the process and got the job done quickly. They also cleaned up after themselves. In addition, they walked me through the items' checklist to show that it worked before they left.

It took about 3 weeks but A&S was the third team sent to my house to install a new water line for the refrigerator I ordered 7/16/2020. I recently purchased a washer and dryer which is expected on August 28, 2020. I would like A&S to handle the install for that delivery so I can do laundry please thank you!

I’m ultimately happy with the water line installation, the first crew that came out must not have had experience, had to reschedule a few days out, there next crew knew exactly what they were doing and installation was complete in 30 minutes.

Well, the refrigerator/freezer is just what I wanted. Working well finally. However, horrible service. Took 7 (seven trips) to try to get it level and not wobbly. Finally had a friend do the work. Will say all the Geek squad people were friendly, and tried to help. The service guys was another thing!!!

Installation of the water line to our icemaker went very well, the plumbers were great! Best Buy never told us we needed to buy tubing separately to install the line and after trying to figure out what happened they used tubing they had in their truck. Kudos to the plumbers, thumbs down to Best Buy.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! No ONE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE CAN HELP YOU. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY DISHWASHER PICKED UP FOR THE PAST 2 WEEKS. IT WAS DROPPED OFF AND DOES NOT WORK. NO ONE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL HELP. YOU CANNOT GET WITH A MANAGER. I HAD 2 TEAMS COME TO MY HOUSE AFTER WAITING PAST THE EXPECTED ARRIVAL TIME ONLY TO SAY THEY CANNOT TAKE THE APPLIANCE BECAUSE ITS ALREADY INSTALLED. I WANT THIS DISHWASHER PICKED UP AND MY MONEY BACK!!! I HAVE WASTED 2 WEEKS TRYING TO GET SOMEONE TO HELP ME AND NO ONE WILL. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM YOU. REFUND MY MONEY NOW!! I SHOULD NOT BE PUNISHED BECAUSE OF YOUR INCOMPETENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We still havent gotten waterline cinnected. It was scheduled when worker was on vacation and dropped. I had to contact BB to find out why no ine came out. They delivered refregerator and a dent in each door so had to reorder doors. I never had so much problems before. Really disappointed.

They said the install was included but they did not install the water line. I paid a plumber to come and install the line.

They were great, but ee were charged $100 for the water install as they said they had to run a line and keep up to code which often is part of install. We were told the install would be free.

It wood have been great if the installer had ever thing they needed I had to go buy a part and complete installation myself.

My only complaint is that there is no covered butter tray. Other than that everything is fine.

The ones who installed the fridge would not level it. Also, they couldn't do the waterline right because I have an osmossis line set up. The crew that came the second day could not do anything about the installation and shut off valve, but they were generous enough to level the fridge.

The installers could not install the line because of a issue in my home. They were very professional

The use of 3rd party contractors to install the ice maker water source is, in my opinion, a huge mistake - detracted enormously from the superior service received by sales advisor Steve Scina and, I believe Van - the gentleman who delivered and set up the new appliance.

The team was quick and efficient. Definitely worth paying for this service. The item was to big to fit through my door, so they had to take the front door off the hinge and they were so careful with it. I appreciate them! Worth the service fee.

the installers were a second party for best buy ,and they did a excellent job and had the patience to get my fridge in door cause it was a very tight squeez and the fridge was very heavy but they did it with out one adjective ,coming out of there mouth or a scratch on fridge GREAT JOB Guys
