The BEST BUY recommended to choose the $134.99 Refrigerator Installation + New Waterline installation option if you're purchasing a fridge with ice maker and don't have a waterline, they said that this option would install your fridge and create a dedicated waterline with shut-off valve. I selected this option while placed the order, However, during delivery & installation, the technician did not install any dedicated waterline with shut-off valve for my fridge at all, and they still charged me $134.99 for "Refrigerator Installation + New Waterline", I called the BEST BUY Customer service, they did not refund me back the amount, I definitely not recommend you choose this installation option, same job can been done through the Free Installation option.

Once they showed up, everything was done correctly. Was refunded installation fee due to 2 no call no shows

It works. I really like it. Took a serious bit of time trying to hook it up with being tossed left and right for my scheduled days. Was bought in July but finally got it installed in September. It works well. Going to install a water filter line to keep the water fresh. This worked well.

Very efficient and job well done. Reasonable out of pocket costs.

The guys came in and installed my fridge and waterline, made sure it fit properly so that it didn't hit the wall when the door opened and ran a gallon of water through the water line. They showed me where the water filter was and they cleaned up before they left!

The installation of the new fridge was quick and professional. The installers had it in and the old one out in no time. Everything was set and cleaned up before they left and all of our questions were answered.

We had a Samsung French Door Refrigerator with Flex Zone in the middle for about 7 years. Freezer was not working and I found that the wire in the flex zone was broken. Instead of fixing it, we decided to get a new one. The installation crew did a good job.

Had to get my original fridge replaced due to some accidental damage when it was being moved in. These guys were quick and professional. I did not get the waterline install; I think this was a mis-click by the representative who scheduled it for me.

Love the look and so happy I went for the counter depth as we’re in a small space and it ended up fitting perfectly. In a previous home I owned this same fridge in its normal size and I feared a big difference in storage space but for a family of 3, it’s perfect.

The crew had masks and gloves and were very safe while in our home. They were both great and took care to not bang the refrigerator into the walls. There wasn't much space between the door and they still got it through. They hooked up the ice machine perfectly and we couldn't be happier!

Wow. I had always heard having a refrigerator installed was a nightmare, but this was not. The team quickly and carefully took off the front door to get the unit in to my home, and had it installed and humming within 30 minutes. I could not be happier with the install.

Techs started install and said they could not finish as they couldn't/wouldn't rout line through the bedroom ceiling which os below my kitchen. They left without finishing the job. I had to complete the installation myself. It was NOT really that difficult.... This is not the first time i have had a poor experience with BestBuy in home delivery and installation. I decided NOT to renew my TotalTech benefits when they came up for renewal this year. I don't feel it is worth it.

Wonderful service yet again! The gentelman that installed new water line to our new fridge were very professional, had quality work, were on time, and just awesome!

The technician was very professional and through. He explained exactly what needed to be done and how long it should take him to complete the job. The job was completed in less than 30 minutes. Excellent jod. No issues so far.

I love, love , love , my stove. It has so many features. This was a great deal for the price. Highly recommend.

The delivery and installation was excellent. They arrived on time and used a heavy duty braided water line. Highly recommend Best Buy.
