I had to take two days off of work to install water line because they did not bring all the material for the job the first day. Then on top of that they told me that when they were done that I owe them another $50 because they had to move the stove.When I all ready paid the $80 for insulation.What's up with that?????

The first contractor did not do a good job, but the second contractors made everything good and they came in a timely manner, so my review is for the second contractor and that Best Buy got them scheduled quickly.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Walked me through my options, explained their idea of the best option and did a great job. Highly recommend.

It didn't need to happen and I am STILL NOT SURE IF IT WAS TAKEN OFF MY BILL EVEN AFTER I CALLED THE STORE AND ASKED. I HAVE NOT BEEN HAPPY WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER PURCHASE. I also am not happy that delivery personnel are not at all connected with the store itself. They are independent contractors with no paperwork to leave you and no proof that they were there. I have no idea if anything I told them is passed along to the store (like that they did NOT have to install the water line or use the water kit).

Since water is bad in my area its needed for fridge

I was super anxious and nervous but the process/installation went very smoothly and very easily. Granted alot of water got on my floor but that was expected due to the nature of this job of I feel so just be prepared , that it "could" get messy, so have extra towels handy.

The range install was on time and very quick. No problems.

Installed refrigerator and microwave on this date. Very professional, helpful, friendly. Kept us well informed about expected arrival time and got the job done quickly. Conscientious about not damaging furniture, cabinets, etc.

The guys that did my installation had a longer water supply line on the truck, thank god

Hector and his coworker did a fantastic job of getting the fridge into the kitchen. They had to remove the doors and maneuver it through the door. They also removed the old one and hauled it away. Supper job was done for me!

The installation was a breeze. Easy setup and too little time

Installers were very professional and friendly. They ensured the refrigerator was level, removed all outer plastic, and reviewed the water and ice machine mechanics.

After a wonderful in-store purchase experience I was less than impressed with the installation. We paid for a new waterline install. I had shown our current waterline set up to the in-store assistant and was told I needed this. No problem. We set it up weeks later so we had the right crew to install and deliver our fridge. Upon showing up, the crew said they "did not do that" when asked about a new waterline. They gave us a broken box of parts and said here you go. They showed up 2.5 hours after the end time of our appointment time as well. When I took the broken box to Best Buy and explained the situation, they refunded the money for the install and materials. They were apologetic. Because of the service in store, I would buy another appliance with Best Buy and try again.

Local store was great. 1800bestbuy left a little to be desired as far as customer service

The guys who came to install the water line for my fridge were GREAT. I had issues with the delivery and these guys made sure to rectify my dilemma.

The contractor did not have it on their paperwork that I had requested and paid for an install so that part was unfortunate. The installer was prepared and had the necessary materials in their truck for 'just in case' scenarios and once I showed them my receipt with the install included he took care of it.

Everything was great thank you best buy for everything
