Good product at a good price. Delivery and set up on time and well done. Best Buy has the products and customer service that causes me to be a regular customer.

I give it a good review and i recommend my friends to get one.

Installers were very efficient with the install time and did a nice job explaining getting rid of two buckets of ice and running a good amount of water through the lines prior to using ice/water to help with any "plastic" taste from a new product.

The gentlemen that came the second time to move my refrigerator into my kitchen, did such an outstanding job, and I commend them highly!!!

The Geek crew arrived with my new wine fridge, sliced off the bottom of the box, removed and installed the new fridge handily and then set the thermostat. Finally, they asked for a broom to sweep up bits of styrofoam residue. The install crew was awesome!

Had people follow them to obtain appliances. Talked about customer in Spanish. Argued about where appliances should go inside of my own home.

I purchased my refrigerator on 5/30/21. I also purchased the installation of the waterline. It is now over a month, and 4 (customer service assisted bookings), of appointments, and no one has shown up. I even canceled going to visit my family out of state, in hopes that they would have shown up for sure . Needless to say, I am VERY FRUSTRATED to say the least. As recent as yesterday 7/3/21, I called again for an appointment. The representative sent me an email confirming my appointment. Approximately 4 hours later I got another email telling me to book an appointment. I am NOT A HAPPY CAMPER.

Great work and excellent attention to detail. The Best Buy installation team did a great job. The explained all of the features of my new refrigerator, installed the water line, installed the filter and hauled away the old refrigerator. Very happy with their work.

Good service to purchase if you do not have a plumber

These guys are the best! Had a little snag because there’s a bedroom right below where the refrigerator was. So clearly they couldn’t run the water line through the bedroom. After just a couple minutes they figured out an alternative that worked easily. Very impressed!

Product was fine but not need this time as we had just purchased a refrigerator a few months ago and got one then. No problem with return or refund.

It's was ok. I expected better! Maybe some else had a better experience.

I bought a Maytag refrigerator with icemaker and paid for the installation of the refrigerator and icemaker on July 26. It is now August 22 and despite read heated requests by me, I cannot get a straight answer as to when they will hook up the icemaker even though I Artie paid for it. The elevated my case to a so-called advocate and I call that advocate three times and have not received a response. This lack of execution and follow-through is unacceptable.

The contractor did not have it on their paperwork that I had requested and paid for an install so that part was unfortunate. The installer was prepared and had the necessary materials in their truck for 'just in case' scenarios and once I showed them my receipt with the install included he took care of it.

The installers had to drill hole, make a new connection (from basement) and add extra piping to reach the water. They were very good.

Easy for me even i dont have water line in house before little bit effort if u have already water line no hassle just little plug and play
