    Installers were very efficient. They were a little late but called to let me know. Big thumbs up! They were very nice and made sure I knew what they did and made sure any questions I had were answered. All works great and couldn't be happier.

    Unsatisfied, very disappointed! Delivery was a one day late. Had an appointment on5/2, waited all day long and they didn’t deliver my fridge. They delivered it the next day. And to top it off the delivery guys lie to me and told me that someone else was gonna come back the same day and install the waterline that I previously had paid for. But no one showed up I had to call a couple of times and they hang up on me once and never call me back. I’m very disappointed. They gave me an appointment for 5/29 and could even accommodate me for a sooner appointment. Very disappointed Customer!

    I called the store to make an appointment , they told we have a contractor that deals with waterlines installations they are the experts “,no worries will schedule they are the professionals” ,when the technician got to my house the installation was a hot mess !!! Pretty much it was just a water cord around the bottom off my sick and a water line going just all directions not even pinned “ to the wall , they had one job ! I asked to be pinned out to the wall the man got mad cause I told him this is your job ? This is a mess . It needs to be pinned out on the corners ,at list make it look ,ok ! What a joke ! Never again having this service done by Best Buy . I’m very disappointed with Best Buy . This makes the customer re-think there purchase and maybe not even shop with you guys .

    The whole team did a great job, but Lorenzo stood out to my wife and I because when the others thought the job could not be done because of the crawl space clutter he made the job happen and was able to install the water line for our family.

    I am happy with the fridge I purchase but am not at all impressed about being charged for instillation I didn’t receive. I purchased fridge in April along with a waterline hookup.They couldn’t find anyone to come to my area (was not refunded) then in July I am charged again and says someone came to my house to instal waterline. We were out of town and to this day no waterline hook up. I was refunded for this second time charged. Was not given a reason on how this even happened. If I order again I will not pay for services online or keep my card info online.

    They did not impress me by showing up without all the needed parts. I had to buy and change my water supply hose. They also delivered and installed the fridge. Lots of miscommunications with the office and very little advice on operations. Mostly interested in getting paperwork signed and getting out. I recommend the product but not the installers.

    This was a second attempt at installation. Second time a charm. The first one didn’t happen because of the lack of a part. Best Buy rescheduled and the contractor said he’d make it work and he did. Very happy now.

    It took a while to get on schedule for waterline install for our new fridge but Tyrone was excellent when he came and got us fixed up. Materials used appear to be good quality. Personnel knowledgeable and personable.

    The gentleman who came to do the installation was pleasant, properly masked for COVID, and on time; however, he said he was unable to install the water source to the refrigerator because Best Buy does not allow technicians to cut drywall. I will end up having to spend a lot more on a plumber and had I known this I might have made a different choice regarding where I got my refrigerator and/or which one I purchased. It was a big disappointment.

    Best installers in the business. And these products are the best. Waterline is unique. And I think a brilliant idea in composition. These men put the whole thing quickly, professionally and with no mess.

    The project was never done. A guy came and they said they couldn’t do the job and did a poor job explaining why. They cancelled three times until they finally arrived... and just said no. I went to the Best Buy store to let them know what happened as the same project install was done at my friends place similar situation. My friend recommended to get the fridge at Best Buy for this reason. But this has been an absolute waste of time. Now I have a refrigerator that doesnt have water installed for a month now. Best Buy store has done nothing to help with the rescheduling.
