I am happy with the fridge I purchase but am not at all impressed about being charged for instillation I didn’t receive. I purchased fridge in April along with a waterline hookup.They couldn’t find anyone to come to my area (was not refunded) then in July I am charged again and says someone came to my house to instal waterline. We were out of town and to this day no waterline hook up. I was refunded for this second time charged. Was not given a reason on how this even happened. If I order again I will not pay for services online or keep my card info online.

The delivery and install people were great. Fast knowledgeable nice people.

It took a while to get on schedule for waterline install for our new fridge but Tyrone was excellent when he came and got us fixed up. Materials used appear to be good quality. Personnel knowledgeable and personable.

Best installers in the business. And these products are the best. Waterline is unique. And I think a brilliant idea in composition. These men put the whole thing quickly, professionally and with no mess.

Your 3rd party installation company was absolutely horrible. I went on vacation right after they installed the frig so this review is a little late. I would rate a 0 if I could. I need to call the Geek Squad again as we didn't notice until they had left that the Frig was absolutely not level and is leaning backwards and they dented the right hand door too. The one guy, I think his name was Luis? He was so rude through the whole process too.

The guys who delivered the refrigerator and added the water line were great. They arrived on time, were careful bringing it in, installed the line with no problem or mess, and were very polite.

The installation took 3 different visits for a simple job. When the water line was installed, the guy didn't connect it to my fridge because "that wasn't his job." But, after he left, the water line to my dishwasher had issues. He came back, reconnected it and tried to say that he didn't break it to begin with, but he was the only one who touched the water lines. Poor customer service.

I had absolutely no problem with the water line aspect of the refrigerator install. I had MAJOR problems with the delivery and installation of the refrigerator. The two deliverymen showed up and REFUSED to bring the refrigerator into my house. They left it packaged in our garage and did not remove the old one. I had to ask a couple family members to come help me get it into our home and installed. Absolutely HORRID experience.

The team who installed our appliance was the best ever. We have had many, many delivery and installers through the years and this team was the most professional, capable, polite and efficient ever.

The guys who came over were so great. The fridge didn't;t fit through my front door so they had patience until we figured out how to get it in. The really nice guy installed the ice maker in about 10 min.

The project was never done. A guy came and they said they couldn’t do the job and did a poor job explaining why. They cancelled three times until they finally arrived... and just said no. I went to the Best Buy store to let them know what happened as the same project install was done at my friends place similar situation. My friend recommended to get the fridge at Best Buy for this reason. But this has been an absolute waste of time. Now I have a refrigerator that doesnt have water installed for a month now. Best Buy store has done nothing to help with the rescheduling.

We had no water line at all so techs came in g placed one in no time at all, it was fast & easy.

Appliance is fits perfectly into provided space, keeps food fresh and easily wipes clean

they were really fast at the installation and they new what they were doing.

Installers were fast, curtious and very knowledgable. They followed all covid protocols, while still removing our old refrigerator and moving in the new one. All without damaging our doorways or paint.

The gentleman who came to do the installation was pleasant, properly masked for COVID, and on time; however, he said he was unable to install the water source to the refrigerator because Best Buy does not allow technicians to cut drywall. I will end up having to spend a lot more on a plumber and had I known this I might have made a different choice regarding where I got my refrigerator and/or which one I purchased. It was a big disappointment.
