Installation Did Not Happen

After five (yes five) reschedules on both Best Buy and the installers I ended up cancelling the service and installed the unit myself (took me some time, but I eventually was successful in the installation). WARNING to all those considering Best Buy installation services... buyer beware. -John

They were on time and didn’t take long to install. Very professional and cleaned up after they were finished.

3RD PARTY INSTALLATION COMPANY ALWFUL

I went on vacation right after they installed the frig so this review is a little late. I would rate a 0 if I could. I need to call the Geek Squad again as we didn't notice until they had left that the Frig was absolutely not level and is leaning backwards and they dented the right hand door too. The one guy, I think his name was Luis? He was so rude through the whole process too.

Friendly crew and answers questions!

Friendly and ask if I had any questions. Also informed me directions before using the ice maker.

They even explained how to use the refrigerator and how to change the water filter in the future. They also wore masks and shoe coverings, thank you.

TERRIBLE SERVICE

I had to pay a plumber to hook up my EXISTING LINE. Best Buy had every excuse in the book AND the 2 times they came out to hook up the water line....it leaked both times and now has ruined my kitchen flooring, which now I have to have replaced! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER APPLIANCE FROM them again! I keep getting the run around from them and their insurance company. I WILL NEVER Recommend them to anyone I know!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I had MAJOR problems with the delivery and installation of the refrigerator. The two deliverymen showed up and REFUSED to bring the refrigerator into my house. They left it packaged in our garage and did not remove the old one. I had to ask a couple family members to come help me get it into our home and installed. Absolutely HORRID experience.

No water line connected

Have water kit that is useless to me. Now I have to come into town and get the right one and figure out how to connect.

Consistently Disappointed.

Nor was the installation of the waterline. The fridge has been delayed since May (I am aware of supply chain problems), but I haven't been able to get confirmation that the warranty will start when I receive it or when I paid for it (4 months ago) nor whether it will actually be here in Sept. It was delayed a second time in July without forewarning.

Nice Guys, But Didn't Install Line

Eyeballed it and said it was too far from the valve, marked the job as "Complete" forcing me to jump through hoops to get my money back for the waterline install.

Change door swing on refrigerator to left side

The job was done quickly and efficiently.I must add it was also done neatly-no mess left by workman! I would definitely recommend BB for any installation I needed.

Never Got Reimbursed

They came and I asked them specifically if I will get reimbursed if I did not need it installed. Turns out I already had a water line and did not need the service so they said they will reimburse me. I called them back to double check if they did reimburse and they told me, they did not because I used the service (which I did not). Called multiple times and they just ignore. Terrible return service. Will update if I ever receive my refund.
