We had to fix the pipes after they installed it, Did not tighten

They showed up ahead of time which it was awesome! Much needed when it was a couple days before Christmas made my day. They did a great job

They didnt do the installation correct the first time, didnt measure the water line correctly, and came up short, had to wait two weeks to get another longer water line ourselves then call them to install it :-(

Installers were great! They were very honest about a dent on the refrigerator.

Easy installation - ran a new water line, adjusted level, on time, quick completion. The 2 workers were quick and courteous - a nice experience.

The crew made quick work of removal, disposal and installation. They made sure to provide me with all the information I would need to know and that the manuals were available to me.

Appointment to install water line was scheduled for the 15th from 12/6 I got a confirmation email with a time of 4:05 pm. They never called or showed up after that. They "completed" the order. Nobody ever came nothing was hooked up. Now fast forward to today when they were supposed to come again. They call to tell me that of the water line installation isn't super basic then I'll need a plumber and they CAN'T do it! So now I've got the new fridge and I've gotta outsource another company to come hook it up correctly!

Delivery was easy and efficient. We had challenges in getting this scheduled as Best Buy moved our dates a few times. After calling in, I was able to get it all straightened out.

Ice maker Water line too Short , solution = Drill short path thru NEW cabinets and splice water line over stove junction box. Line is so short you have to turn off water and disconnect to access the back of the refrigerator to clean. line so short the stove no longer can be pushed in to the wall. Water line strung thru NEW cabinets with "inches" from the back wall and the floor of the cabinet. called to have it corrected appt scheduled, NO SHOW NO CALL ... Thinking TOTAL DISASTER.......

Always do a wonderful job installing. Timely and respectful, couldnt ask for anything more.

The installer did not have correct coupling to fit the flex line to the existing soft copper tubing. He departed and did not return because the refrigerator was not actually delivered. The Baltimore, MD delivery personnel were unwilling to bring the refrigerator in because they had only 12 minutes for delivery and removal of refrigerator. The delivery personnel were also were not prepared to comply with Best Buy stated COVID protection protocols, because they told they did not have to wear masks.

I liked the installer but he did not install up to code. Had to pay an additional $100 to get installation up to code. This should not happen when I had already paid for installation.

Marc and mark have been my installers for 2 items so far. They’ve been efficient, friendly, and great communication!!! Can’t wait to have them back for my new stove soon!

Wow, I thought that it would not be possible to install because of our kitchen lay out. But he did an awesome job of running the line to the basement and back up.

I work nights so it would of taken me 5 months to install these. The crew worked fast and on point. They were polite and cleaned up after them selves. Great work guys.
