The installer did an excellent job setting up a new water line from my sink to the new refrigerator.

The movers/installers did an amazing and professional job with our new fridge. They also moved our old one to the garage for us and made sure it continued to work in the new spot.

Installed new refrigerator water line. Prompt, quick and on time

They came exactly when they said they would and installed it perfectly in a very quick period of time. Very impressed with the job and will definitely buy my next appliances from best buy!

Installation crew were very professional and clean. My refrigerator is opposite to sink, They pulled the water line from under the floor through basement and back up to the sink.

We were told by a Brat Buy employee that the service people could run a new waterline for the refrigerator that was being delivered. Once the installers arrived they right away said they could not run a new waterline and that we would need to hire someone else to do it. I still have not received a credit for the installation fee or the waterline kit that was purchased.

0 stars forced to give one. After 4 attempts to have geek squad install a ice maker. Massive leaks no ice no still doesn't work. Numerous calls to Setauket ny store requesting to speak to management never got to. Big runaround terrible service. When they came 4x reading instructions on how to do it I should have known to hire an actual plumber.

The installation team were on time and took extra care bringing in the Fridge and moving it into position without scratching the cabinet or floor.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They were not able to hook up our water line and I was supposed to get a refund and have not received it. The technican was very polite, but the "refrigerator installation + New Waterline" is misleading. They are not allowed to add a new waterline. They can only hook up a pre-existing one. But you can also do that, so why would you pay $139 to have them hook the line up that is right there???

The gentleman were professional and friendly! Wish I hadn’t bought the extra kit for installation like was recommended but was able to return for credit, so worked out. The guys did a great job

The installer was here for all of fifteen minutes. In that time he got everything connected, made sure there were no leaks and even answered all my questions. Great guy!

Came in I had no idea where the fridge was going to be connected from ( water line ) because it’s far from the kitchen sink, but he took a look and in less than ten min he was done

2 guys came to leave and install my fridge. Was very happy they were fast, respectful and cleaned up after they were done

The two young installers did a great job. Handled everything and showed us how to use the water/ice unit as well as setting the temps on the unit Very pleased.

They were working the whole time while here. Clean and professional. Liked the work they did.

Canceled and returned product, and purchased Samsung directly. However, I had to buy through Best Buy since Samsung does not install the water valve and extended line.

The technician came at 10am and installed the refrigerator in 30 mins. Also uninstalled old refrigerator and hauled it away.

The company that was contracted did an amazing job at installing my new waterline and told me of a potential water line issue on my cold water line. I would hire them all the time if I could.

Best buy did not install the water line for my icemaker. They came out and claimed that they didn't have the right part. They rescheduled me and then did not come out a 2nd time. The driver called me and when I asked about the installation he claimed he could not do it unless I paid him more $. I hand already paid best buy for the installation. When I refused to pay more he did not come to my house. Instead he told best buy that I cancled.
