Installed new refrigerator water line. Prompt, quick and on time

The delivery/installer guys are excellent. Very knowledgeable and careful of my new refrigerator.

Terrible. Worst experience we have ever had. The installers came underprepared and hooked water up to hot water instead of cold. They did not have proper materials, used our extension cord and a bucket to catch water. Didn't have a broom to clean up after themselves, and had a saw blade to cut through the pipe that was dull. After waiting 3 months for the fridge, and now this. Still hasn't been resolved.

i have had some issues in the past with installation. But these guys were right on with their timeliness. They made sure everything was satisfactory before they left. I feel it was worth the expense to have them install

After waiting a month for my fridge they came and told me that they couldn't do it because of my dishwasher that is in between, and now i have to hire my own plumber to do the job which is costing me alot more on top of the money i already paid for my fridge, i get it if they can touch other appliances but it would be nice if they let there people selling the products in the store this. Not fair and not right would not reccommend this just get your own person ahead of time to do the work and then dont pay 134 for them to plug in one line.!!!!

The delivery guys informed about the ETA before arrival & were on time. They also made the sure the fridge was installed cleanly while taking care of the property

The installation was quick and easy. The guys came around the time they were supposed to come to my house for the appointment. The installation didn't take that long. They even fixed my fridge not being leveled.

As part of replacing all of the appliances in my mother-in-law's condo we paid to have a water line installed from under the sink to the new fridge. The installer who put in the new dishwasher and range said there was no shut-off valve in the house and we would have to contact the condo association to coordinate a building shut-off and then reschedule. Upon talking to the condo management we eventually discovered there was a shut off valve in the house, right by the water heater where this installer had looked. We had to reschedule this installation which involved waiting for 3 and 1/2 hours in an empty condo for the second installers from Best Buy to show up. Really ridiculous.

Absolute horrible experience. I paid for the complete install. Installers came without the required parts to hook up water line. Was told that I needed to call BB to set up another installer to return and complete install. Called Best Buy 7 TIMES over the next 3 days. Was promised that the local installer would follow up with a call to set up installation. Never got a call and eventually had to pay my own plumber to complete the install. I will never use Best Buy again and urge all potential customers to learn from my experience

I was charged for installation services for major appliances and no one showed up on the scheduled appointment date. I immediately reported the NO SHOW to Best Buy and the said I would be refunded. I have made numerous calls and online inquiries and no one seems to know when or how I will receive a refund. The customer service reps have blamed corporate management for this issue and I have yet to receive my refund. I have been a regular customer at Best Buy and Geek Squad for the past 15 years plus and this is how they treat their customers... sadly disappointed.

Team was quick, efficient, and friendly. Let me know that water pressure was good, but tat water filling was slow.Appreciate that they documented that in their work summary.

I told Best Buy / Geek Squad that my house did not have a previous water line, and that this service would be to install the waterline from the sink to my fridge without going under the house. That was a lie. They brought out a 3rd party from MLA to do this - who then charged an additional $350 on top of the $146.13 I paid. Now I am trying to get a partial refund or something to resolve this but Geek Squad CS said they can't do anything since it was a 3rd party they sent out. Lesson learned, don't trust BB or GS for New Waterline installs.

Installation crew was excellent and went out of their way to add the water line for my frig.
