The installation went smoothly without any hitches. The installers were very professional and knowledgeable. It was obvious that they had experience doing these installations.

After waiting a month for my fridge they came and told me that they couldn't do it because of my dishwasher that is in between, and now i have to hire my own plumber to do the job which is costing me alot more on top of the money i already paid for my fridge, i get it if they can touch other appliances but it would be nice if they let there people selling the products in the store this. Not fair and not right would not reccommend this just get your own person ahead of time to do the work and then dont pay 134 for them to plug in one line.!!!!

Monty, the installer did a terrific job installing our refrigerator. He has installed several appliances for us and has done a fantastic job every time.

You don't get Geek Squad Agents when for installation. Appliance install continues to be a third party only service, and continues to be a disaster. The installers for my refrigerator couldn't properly install one of the doors and it closed with too much friction. Then they told us it was supposed to be that way. After they left upon close inspection the door was rubbing against the inside of the fridge preventing it from closing. A Geek Squad Repair Agent came out and confirmed they had bent the hinge all out of shape. I had to have the fridge replaced.

Quick install and they were very careful bringing in the refrigerator. Was very happy with our new LG fridge and the installation procress.

We will never not have Best Buy be our go to. They are professional and I feel comfortable with the people being in my home.

Absolute horrible experience. I paid for the complete install. Installers came without the required parts to hook up water line. Was told that I needed to call BB to set up another installer to return and complete install. Called Best Buy 7 TIMES over the next 3 days. Was promised that the local installer would follow up with a call to set up installation. Never got a call and eventually had to pay my own plumber to complete the install. I will never use Best Buy again and urge all potential customers to learn from my experience

The installers showed up on time to install my new refrigerator. They were very helpful and efficient. Communication was excellent from beginning to end.

It’s a bit low. I am quite tall, but regardless, it’s an excellent stove that I absolutely love.
