We will never not have Best Buy be our go to. They are professional and I feel comfortable with the people being in my home.

I'll be repeating this on other parts to review, but the guys who deliver/install for Best Buy have ALWAYS been professional & courteous.

Necessary purchase when buying refrigerator, didn’t need it, all the parts included. Plus was charged over $100 to install it

This was a very simple operation and now we have a new water source for our new fridge. My wife loves the crushed ice feature and now I don't have to open the fridge for cold water.

You sent out the geek squad guy twice to install a new line not just to hook it up....both time the same guy said he could not do it.....so we are having to find someone else to come hook it up....can't really understand why you would send him twice ,when in the notes it said install new line

Was not happy. I paid for installation of water line and connection and the delivery guys said the do not do it. So now I have my nice new fridge with no ice or filtered water and still have to pay for water service from another company. When I went into store for refund they said it was because it was not one of their guys and some of their contracted people do not perform this service. I do not underdtand why they would send someone out who cannot perform services that are iffered and paid for.

Wonderful refrigerator with a great layout. Only thing missing is a butter compartment and egg holder bin. Super service on delivery and set up.

The pepole that installed my waterline was very helpful and should me exactly how to use my ice maker they was very nice and I appreciate the help they gave me.

Installation was highly professional, efficient, and safe. The guys installed our fridge/freezer when it was pouring rain. Good communication, fast, overall very good.
