Came on time. Pleasant and made repairs properly and promptly. Fridge works great!

The delivery of my refrigerator was delayed for almost 2 months. The waterline was already replaced by my plumber because it was leaking. Otherwise the instillation was good.

As part of replacing all of the appliances in my mother-in-law's condo we paid to have a water line installed from under the sink to the new fridge. The installer who put in the new dishwasher and range said there was no shut-off valve in the house and we would have to contact the condo association to coordinate a building shut-off and then reschedule. Upon talking to the condo management we eventually discovered there was a shut off valve in the house, right by the water heater where this installer had looked. We had to reschedule this installation which involved waiting for 3 and 1/2 hours in an empty condo for the second installers from Best Buy to show up. Really ridiculous.

Wonderful refrigerator with a great layout. Only thing missing is a butter compartment and egg holder bin. Super service on delivery and set up.

This was the best set up crew ever. On time, made sure everything worked prior to leaving!!!! Put my old refrigerator were i wanted it in the garage. Cleaned up everything!!! 5 star all the way!!!!

We did not need the new ice maker water line, so Pacific Sales credited our account immediately. I was impressed with the delivery person being honest in his assessment of the necessity of a new water line.

We did not need this water line connection. It was a stainless steel braided line, so the quality was good. But we did not need it.

The service provider provided good communication and showed up on time. Unfortunately, the installer required an extra $100 for this “new waterline, connected and ready to use” service because there was an existing waterline that “wasn’t up to code”. Perhaps upgrading an existing connection is more time consuming than installing a new waterline? Maybe it is, but… Disappointing as I joined Best Buy Total Tech in part to save on the installation fee.

Very Professional and smooth install. Crew was polite and professional at all times. Cleaned up all the plastic, boxes and took the old fridge. Very Satisfied!

This was a very simple operation and now we have a new water source for our new fridge. My wife loves the crushed ice feature and now I don't have to open the fridge for cold water.

The pepole that installed my waterline was very helpful and should me exactly how to use my ice maker they was very nice and I appreciate the help they gave me.
