Never got a waterline install and tried to get it taken off bill, 3x with no success!! First when it was delivered and hooked up to current line n plugged in. Then called only to get run around with 800 number. Then with installers. Which the 800 number guy could have prevented installers to come with stove to install waterline that was not needed. Then again called while stove was being hooked up to the store only be told I had to call later, saying it wasn’t closed out but installers showed me it was.

The refrigerator was delivered and installed as promised. They were polite and efficient. All trash was disposed of.

We love our new Side by side Samsung refrigerator. it is big!! Huge!!

Was not happy. I paid for installation of water line and connection and the delivery guys said the do not do it. So now I have my nice new fridge with no ice or filtered water and still have to pay for water service from another company. When I went into store for refund they said it was because it was not one of their guys and some of their contracted people do not perform this service. I do not underdtand why they would send someone out who cannot perform services that are iffered and paid for.

Good service and installation easy buy very comfortable

This refrigerator is more spacious. It is easy to clean. Overall, a very good buy! One thing I would have loved to have is another small drawer in the middle of the fridge.

They delivered the refrigerator and said another team was installing it, no other team showed up. Call them the first team said everything was done. 2 days later another team came they had no order to remove the old refrigerator told them to call their supervisor they drove off never to be seen again. I had to instill it move the old one. I'm not in the best of health.

Installation was quick and easy and they did it the day they delivered it even though it made me schedule the install two days after delivery.

I was impressed with the quickness and quality of work during my fridge and water line installation. Very respectful and highly recommended.

The new install was great everything went well. I waited a couple of weeks and it was installed on the date that was available.
