The company that installed the water line to my new refrigerator were top of the line. Everything was done on time and perfectly!

new refrigerator had an ice maker and water dispenser, but we needed to have a water line installed to accommodate it (our old refrigerator had neither).

Every time have had this service they are always fast and on time.

Very helpful people did a great job. Arrived on time and did everything they should I rate them a 10.

Took three phone calls, all out of the US to set up installation. I was told I need nothing for the installation and when plumbers came they said I needed a kit and left. Called the plumber, MN plumbing and home services and told them they needed to replace shut off valve and the lady was very rude. The second trip was better as my son got a kit and finally got fixed.

Installers were on time and completed the installation quickly. They showed us how to change the filters and operate the Refrigerator.

Guys knew what they had to do and very clean. Added the line with no issues.

They canceled or did not show up for 5 appointments in a row. It took them a month to install the water line after delivering the refrigerator. Every time we called, nobody could tell me what was going on with their technicians. Also, when they delivered the fridge they told my 80 year old mother in law that they only install water lines up to 6 ft, when the contract clearly states 20ft. Extremely disappointing. I've been a long time best buy customer, but never again!

The personnel that installed the refrigerator were great. Quick, efficient installation.

Absolute worst install ever. $134 to spend 5 minutrs realizing he brought tbe qrong sized water line. Oh. And they b delivered the wrong fridge. Correct one has been moved back. Now over 2 months away. twice Installled anyways and of course it burst 2 days later flooding my kitchen. Spent hours xalling best buy corporate, getting hung up on, promised compensation. Then decided they didnt have the ability to compensate. Ill never buy an appliance there again.

They delivered the refrigerator and said another team was installing it, no other team showed up. Call them the first team said everything was done. 2 days later another team came they had no order to remove the old refrigerator told them to call their supervisor they drove off never to be seen again. I had to instill it move the old one. I'm not in the best of health.

The whole process was great, and Danny's Appliance - the local company Best Buy chose to do the installation - was professional and courteous through the entire process. I was very impressed!

We love our new Side by side Samsung refrigerator. it is big!! Huge!!

Awful!! Was rescheduled 4 times because either the technician didn’t want to come until the fridge was installed, just didn’t show up, or showed up and said they couldnt do it. I wasted 4 Saturdays waiting around all day for nothing. I ended up making the new line myself. 1 hole in the wall and run the water line to an existing hookup was too hard for the “technician.” And never got a refund for the unprovided surface.

At first, it seemed very complicated job to install a new water supply line to my refrigerator but they completed this job very quick and so far I had no problem with it.

This waterline was installed using the utmost care. It was as if the installer truly believed that the holiest of holy water purified from a fresh mountain snow would be traveling through it.

Prompt, fast & efficient. Knew what they were doing. Only took a few minutes.

This the best choice we loving this fridge especially the ice and water dispenser i recommend this fridge
