Great job, by both men. The appointment time was right, and the men were very professional.

I’m very disappointed keeping my schedule to fix the new refrigerator, always something, lot of lock of communication.

I’d like to give ZERO stars. The service was never performed after being scheduled multiple times. I called and scheduled. Best Buy called and scheduled. I went into a Best Buy store and tried to get someone to help me but they just gave me a number to call. I’m not going to call. Every time I talk to someone on the phone, it gets scheduled and no one ever shows up. No calls or anything. Will someone please contact me to MAKE SURE someone installs this water line?

The products were great, the last delivery people were great, in store people were great. The first 3 delivery people we had at the house and geek squad customer service was the worst customer service ive ever had. I don't feel like typing the whole story but the first sets of installation people and the process to get them back to the house after our installation was done correctly 3 times was absolutely embrassing and a disgrace. The last group of installation people were good.

On time and very professional neatly organized and working efficiently.

Returned item back to the store. Had an waterline, that needed adjusting, paid Quality Kitchen for doing the adjustment.

I had no existing water line to my fridge. They were able to run one quickly despite having to add a new shutoff and run the line behind a dishwasher. Quality materials and workmanship.

First installation appointment was inexplicably marked completed prior to the delivery of the fridge. Second appointment rescheduled for over a month later due to availability. Upon rescheduled day the installer’s truck supposedly broke down so was further rescheduled for two days later. Upon third rescheduled day nobody ever showed up or contacted me after confirming delivery the night before. Nobody from installation service will answer or return any calls now.

Best Buy uses two different local install companies and XPO did this install. Mark was terrific! He took great care to protect our floors and provided great information about the frig.
