    The installation people were the WORST

    The products were great, the last delivery people were great, in store people were great. The first 3 delivery people we had at the house and geek squad customer service was the worst customer service ive ever had. I don't feel like typing the whole story but the first sets of installation people and the process to get them back to the house after our installation was done correctly 3 times was absolutely embrassing and a disgrace. The last group of installation people were good.

    This waterline was installed using the utmost care. It was as if the installer truly believed that the holiest of holy water purified from a fresh mountain snow would be traveling through it.

    Excellent installation. Installed the waterline so fast I had to second guess myself if he did it. Thank you no leaks over here works great

    First installation appointment was inexplicably marked completed prior to the delivery of the fridge. Second appointment rescheduled for over a month later due to availability. Upon rescheduled day the installer’s truck supposedly broke down so was further rescheduled for two days later. Upon third rescheduled day nobody ever showed up or contacted me after confirming delivery the night before. Nobody from installation service will answer or return any calls now.

    My installation was never completed! Best Buy marked it as completed! My fridge been sitting in my garage for months and I have rescheduled my appointment 4 times since June and no one has contacted me or anything ! Everytime I call there is always excuses and never anything to fix what’s wrong. 2500 dollar LG fridge and can’t even get it installed but they been receiving their payment every month but can’t come install it ! Fix this

    I ordered the full install which included getting a line added... When the plumber showed up, he said it only covered hooking up the fridge to an existing line - That is a different package at a lower price.. and if I had an existing line I could do it myself. So, the plumber charged me and additional $200 in install the line (even though I paid Best Buy for this already). When I called to get a resolution - I was told 4 different times a supervisor would call me back... I'm still waiting.

    I was very disappointed with the men who came to install our refrigerator. They just dropped it off in the kitchen and left. No instructions, no putting the bins in or telling me how to move them around. Very disappointing!

    The third party company that our local Best Buy used seem really unprofessional. Paid for a new line install for 170 dollars and the installers wanted another $120 to finish the job. The manager at Best Buy however was awesome and the store paid the extra to the plumbers to make it right.

    He couldnt even do it because the sink wasnt beside the fridge. He TOLD me that hes been telling bestbuy to let customers know that if its set up that way, it cant be done. Now im stuck with a fridge with the water/ice on the front that dosent work. I have to call a plumber and have it installed, which is EXTRA money out of my pocket. Do better bestbuy, do better. Im pretty ticked off about it.

    I purchased a new fridge and incorrectly thought that I would need to have a waterline installed in my new home. However, after ordering the fridge and the install service I realized that the line was already there so I called back to cancel the install. The agent cancelled the install but never credited me back the charge and it took 8 calls to get them to do so. Terrible customer service.
