The delivery personnel were courteous, capable and very helpful in the set up of the refrigerator.

The guys who come for the installation of the water line did a great job took them no time i am very please with there work.

BEST buy does NOT communicate with service providers, EVERYTHING they tell you in the store will be FALSE, all they had to say in the store was "oh they don't install water lines behind dishwashers" instead it was a 3 week ordeal that ended up running out the clock on my return period

We had an incredibly bad experience with Best Buy and specifically their installers. Too long of a story to share but we got the refrigerator nearly 2 months ago and still don’t have working water or ice. The installer lost the water line in the floor, badly scratched the floors, and we had to get 3 estimates for the damages ourselves in order to process the damage claim. What a joke. We will never be purchasing appliances from Best Buy again.

Never got my line put in. The people who installed my fridge said that Best Buy doesn’t do that work, turns out they were lying obviously. These people also damaged my house while moving the fridge. They do not vet these people who come into your homes. Don’t buy from here. Especially not the Augusta,GA Best Buy Called about it at least twice, gave me a case number even. Never got a call back. I will never buy another product from Best Buy again

Installers were quick and professional, despite the fact that they needed to install the line on the opposite side of the kitchen from where the sink is. Works great for my fridge.

The two young men did a great job removing my old and putting in new. They wore masks and were very considerate of my wood floors and such.

The guys installing were nice enough, but when they left I found shards of wood from where they drilled all over my basement. Now 7 months later, I found the pipe has been leaking all over my basement! A plumber friend said that the set up they use is garbage and to tend to leak a lot. He's had a fix many. I've been on hold with Best Buy service for 8 minutes now awaiting resolution.
