Fridge installed with great care and was informed I needed a valve sh)utoff (was missing from a previous job and I didn't realize it).

Had Best Buy hook up my ice marker line. They were timely. But there is a new code requirement it cost $100 buck

there was no waterline to install. they left the refrigerator in our garage after we told them we needed it in the kitchen. they claimed the doors were too narrow and me and my 16yr old son had to drag the refrigerator in ourselves. the delivery company never sent anyone else out to complete installation.

I purchased this service as I needed to connect the ice maker water line with a new water line. The service guy called me 2 times and said they don't do this kind of work at all and I need to call a plumber. Best But charged me $135 anyways for this work that was never completed. Still waiting for a refund after over a month.

The water line had never been used. When the items were installed, it was smooth and the water dispenser functioned efficiently.

Paid extra for the water line. Installers came out to install and couldn't . Gentleman said I would not get billed for it. Thinking this was all taken care of, I look a month later and I got billed for it! I have called MULTIPLE times to get this correct and everyone I talk to says " We will call you back... blah blah blah and NEVER DO"! Im down to writing a review about this hoping this issue will finally get resolved.
