Very friendly and knowledgeable personnel. Answered all my questions and the installation was quick.

The guys installing were nice enough, but when they left I found shards of wood from where they drilled all over my basement. Now 7 months later, I found the pipe has been leaking all over my basement! A plumber friend said that the set up they use is garbage and to tend to leak a lot. He's had a fix many. I've been on hold with Best Buy service for 8 minutes now awaiting resolution.

Installers were quick and professional, despite the fact that they needed to install the line on the opposite side of the kitchen from where the sink is. Works great for my fridge.

Best Buy guys did an awesome job with the installation of our refrigerator and the water line hookup. Great job guys!

If you call it installed . They told me they couldn’t put the doors to my fridge on cause it’s not their job . So I paid almos $200 just for someone to put a new line on whenever I could have done that myself. Never again

there was no waterline to install. they left the refrigerator in our garage after we told them we needed it in the kitchen. they claimed the doors were too narrow and me and my 16yr old son had to drag the refrigerator in ourselves. the delivery company never sent anyone else out to complete installation.

The Best Buy technician installed my new water line for my new refrigerator neatly and quickly. They explained everything they were doing every step of the way.

A third party service installed our refrigerator. They were clean and efficient. Also ensured all questions we had were answered.

The delivery men scratched our new very expensive front door. They did not have any protective padding on the refrigerator. I was very disappointed.
