Worth every penny. Have them install you waterline at the same time as the fridge. That way it’s covered under warranty.

Made this purchase as a house warming gift for new home owners with children. The kids love the water feature because they are not tall enough to reach the sink.

We were told it would take 24 hours to get the fridge and freezer to cool to correct temperatures but it did not. Everything in our freezer was ruined and we could not get anyone from Bestbuy out for 2 weeks. We finally called Samsung and was told the fridge was still in showroom mode. This service was unacceptable and pretty discouraging for us to ever buy from Best Buy again.

Installer arrived on time and were very professional and courteous. They moved my old refrigerator to the basement and there were no issues.

At first I was told I couldn’t have the installation with my old pipes - but the worker was able to resolve the issue - very pleased with result!

Had an appointment for a waterline install, even received a confirmation call the day before. Come the day of the appointment, no one showed or even contacted me. I ended up reaching out to them, they had no idea why my appointment was changed to “pending reschedule”. They said they’d get back to me with some answers and guess what, they never did. They are poor communicators & not reliable.

the guys from Sycamore Plumbing did a great job with installation and going over the new appliances with us. Would definitely recommend them!
