    The installation of the refrigerator and new waterline went fine. The installers were great.

    My refrigerator delivery was cancelled 3 times by Best Buy. I was told I would be compensated after delivery because of the inconvenience of waiting so long. I waited almost 2 months. Delivery person said I would probably get a gift card in the mail. I’m still waiting. Please send my compensation!!!!!!! I think it should be around $200.00 if you want my future business, you took my money immediately. I love the frig but customer service very poor

    Three trips from the installers, all giving us different information regarding needs. One actively complained about Best buy. The last one damaged the fridge door when bringing it inside.

    Omg I’m in love even more with Best Buy. They put in a water line where our previous fridge never had one. It’s awesome feature to have without a huge price tag.

    when purchased they explained that they will have someone come install than hook up the waterline to the fridge, but when fridge was delivered the delivery men said they don’t do installation and or hookup of waterlines, long story short i have a fridge that is not hooked up an i was overcharged cause i could put the handles on myself instead of being charged $140 for it when i expected to be able to use the water dispenser.

    On week 3 of trying to get it installed. Week1: technician came and said he couldn’t install; something about not knowing where the water shut off was at and then left. Week 2: appointment made. Received confirmation from Best Buy, but technician never came and never called. Best Buy could not give me an answer as to why he didn’t show. Week 3: I’ll find out tomorrow. Again scheduled for a 4 hour window confirmed by Best Buy.

    We were told it would take 24 hours to get the fridge and freezer to cool to correct temperatures but it did not. Everything in our freezer was ruined and we could not get anyone from Bestbuy out for 2 weeks. We finally called Samsung and was told the fridge was still in showroom mode. This service was unacceptable and pretty discouraging for us to ever buy from Best Buy again.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. Not only did they say the fridge I purchased wouldn’t fit and made me order a smaller and more expensive one. Turns out original choice would have fit. Appt rescheduled multiple times. Hold times are long. I was charged for a part I already paid for and a week later no one can return my call or refund my money.. Best Buy uses geek squad who uses sub contractors. Horrible experience

    They didnt do anything. I was hoping for a new shut off valve and for them to use the new stainless steel hook up kit i purchased but since i had hooked it up with the old plastic stuff from the old fridge they said that was good enough. And there were no code requirements . I guess after it was done i was disappointed i paid extra for no reason.
