Never installed New Ice Maker water source!

I had to get my plumber to install it. I called several times and spoke to different people but they never followed up. No call, no refund, nothing! For me, this was GeekSquads darkest hour!

Fridge non instillation

I was hoping for a new shut off valve and for them to use the new stainless steel hook up kit i purchased but since i had hooked it up with the old plastic stuff from the old fridge they said that was good enough. And there were no code requirements . I guess after it was done i was disappointed i paid extra for no reason.

Am I expecting too much?

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The replacement was, once approved, relatively easy but the deliverymen were rude, unaccommodating, in a hurry to leave and did not finish the installation correctly. Doors do not close unless pushed and the sensor monitoring the condensation in the door drips into rubber on freezer doo below. Kick plate not adjusted on bottom of refrigerator and looks lopsided. TERRIBLE installation.

Continued apathy from Best Buy "customer service"

I have no idea why you have us type survey responses. No one got back to me on my prior review....which was a scathing overview of your overall ineptitude and horrendous customer service escalation process. I will not shop at Best Buy again until someone contacts me.

Horrible

Guys came and said they don’t install new waterlines, call a plumber. Confused called customer asking why I paid 125 extra. They apologized and scheduled a redo a month later. Guys never showed. Contacted a third time. Supposed to be here next week. Who actually knows. Don’t bother with this service.
