great communication, delivery, and installation. What a breath of fresh air after a nightmare with Sears.

The fridge was delivered fine on 12/23/21. The waterline installation was not needed. We contacted them to let them know and they said no worries. As of this date, 3/23/22, we have talked to them on 3 different occasions, and still have not been issued our refund for the waterline install, over $100.00 every time I call I get a different story.

They came to hook up our new fridge and installed a water line. On time, fast and cleaned up. No complaints!

The installation of waterline was very quick and easy the tech was finished in about 20 minutes.

The team did not show up for the first appointment. Then, they showed up for the second appointment and said they couldn't do it for the water installation

Installation went Very Well. They showed up on time. And took away my Old Refrigerator. All done safely.

Instead of installing a new line with the braided kit i also got from Best Buy, the contractor used my existing universal small diameter brass line. Contractor didnt install or change anything. Wss able to return braided line kit to Best Buy and got a refund. Still got charged for a contractor to look at an existing line. Still had horrible water volume until I changed the line myself.

My ice maker water source is efficient, and very beneficial when entertaining.

The installation of ice make & water dispenser is not working properly. One month after installation, water continues to drip 30 seconds or more afterwards. I have to put a paper towel down to prevent water dripping on to the floor. I realize during the current COVID-situation there is no service, but hopefully soon we can get this fixed!!

Total clown job, install was poor, installers damaged my house, instructions given to install crew were incorrect and I ended up with 2 fridges and best buy support was useless, It took several months and many many phone calls with support to set this right,. Never again

It fit into our space beautifully. It is working great with very good water pressure from dispenser. Black stainless is the way to go, stays cleaner.

We purchased the dishwasher. Works excellent Great price. The manager at the store was very helpful

Neil did a great job. He was very professional and friendly. Double checked his own work for leaks when finished and the ice maker works great

As mentioned in another review, we had installation of both the gas dryer and fridge the same day. The technician was very knowledgable and helpful.

Prompt, professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable. I can't imagine how it could have gone any better :)

Technician didn't tighten water lines and left a slow drip. I noticed the leak 1 week later and had to have my friend tighten the lines. Also, the technicians pushed my refrigerator so far back into the cut out that I could not fully open the doors. I had to have someone come and move the refrigerator forward in order to get into it properly.
