Service not performed and was charged the money an

So now I have a fridge that is supposed to dispense water and make ice and I PAID FOR THESE SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED and they just FORGOT. Oh, and now they tell me that they did it. Tell THAT to the empty ice bin. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.

Installation

Delivery was a mess and they didnt want to get it in the house. Then for the water line they knew it was a mobile home and said there wouldnt be an issue. Then when they got there they said the sink was too far from the fridge (only 6feet) Did not make any sense

Don't Bother Paying For This Service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Instead of installing a new line with the braided kit i also got from Best Buy, the contractor used my existing universal small diameter brass line. Contractor didnt install or change anything. Wss able to return braided line kit to Best Buy and got a refund. Still got charged for a contractor to look at an existing line. Still had horrible water volume until I changed the line myself.

Installation team damaged my floors

The property damage claim has taken a awhile just to begin and still no solution for the damage that has been done. A 10 thousand dollar project is going to cost me even more money to repair .
