New refrigerator installation is the best!! New lines to go with your new fridge…

Absolutely horrible. In fact, shredded my Best Buy card, opening a BBB claim and contacting Fisher Paykel directly. Don’t sell something you don’t know how to install. That’s a pretty basic business concept

Very professional & got done fairly quick. Good thing I didn’t let my fiancé try & figure it out.

The guys that came to install my new fridge and run a new water line were great. They did an excellent job with delivery and installation.

I've been trying for a month to get a leaking water line replaced. There has been 1 cancellation on the scheduled day of repair and 2 reschedules one prior and one on that day (which I agreed to because they didn't have the required items to repair the water line).

Delivery team did a great job! Arrived on time, called before, and took all safety precautions.

both workers were helpful on time and even waited fir me for 10 minutes since i arrived

The two fought the entire time as the young kid asked questions to understand and the older tech was annoyed with him and derogatory with his responses. Wasn't done correctly. I never got a follow up call or I would have given Best Buy the opportunity to fix the issue. Was also expensive. I expected sooooo much more from the same company that has geek squad. In the future I will use thumbtack dot com or Angie's list which I still need to do to get the ice/water working on my fridge.

i have waited for 7 weeks now to get the fridge installed. The first group brought out the new fridge and dented and scratched it. I requested a replacement rather than the 100.00 gift card. They have been out 3 additional times and they are unable to install for various reasons that are just a lack of effort on there part. 3 Saturdays taken up entirely for this install

The did a amazing job installing my new Family Hub Fridge and no problems occurred which is amazing!
