Since I don't have a "handyman" at home nor am I handy myself, this is a must. It was well-done and I appreciate it.

Delivery and install as promised. No problems, very nice delivery and install servicemen!!

Using the geek squad for installing the new water line was the best use of money. I did not need to do anything but sit back and relax.

The installation team arrived on time, got right to work, and had the water line hooked up in no time. I would definitely use Best Buy to install again.

Nothing was installed. Best Buy is a joke. I will never do business again. The workers came and never installed anything nor removed my old appliance which I paid for. This is the worst treatment I've ever experienced.

The installation of ice make & water dispenser is not working properly. One month after installation, water continues to drip 30 seconds or more afterwards. I have to put a paper towel down to prevent water dripping on to the floor. I realize during the current COVID-situation there is no service, but hopefully soon we can get this fixed!!

After a couple hiccups with the installation company which were handled easily, everything was done very professionally. We're happy with everything.

The third party vendor was poor. They were very late and didn't have the proper equipment. As explained to me later by an excellent employee at the Geek Squad the new water line was not even necessary.

The team did not show up for the first appointment. Then, they showed up for the second appointment and said they couldn't do it for the water installation
