Refrigerator is amazing, I absolutely love it , I will be ordering more appliances from you guys !!!

Sorry this process did not happen. The Fridge was delivered and the guys left. NO water line install. In fact they didn't even leave the water line kit. Very poor service. And on top of that we now have to wait until August 17th for a tech to come out and do the job that should have already been done.

the guys hooked up my waterline seamlessly. Within a day my ice & water were up & running. Great service!

It fit into our space beautifully. It is working great with very good water pressure from dispenser. Black stainless is the way to go, stays cleaner.

Water line was run quickly with no complications. Has work perfectly of 6 months now.

Delivery and installation went smoothly. They were done whithin 15 minutes.

Neil did a great job. He was very professional and friendly. Double checked his own work for leaks when finished and the ice maker works great

The installation went very bad. The guys who delivered the unit had a lot of comaints and did not follow what was in the service instructions. They even left the box of the refrigerator in our driveway. Very unprofessional.

Works as expected. Came packaged well have had no issues.

The service agent was fast and polite . Job was done within a half hour . Scheduling was done promptly!

As mentioned in another review, we had installation of both the gas dryer and fridge the same day. The technician was very knowledgable and helpful.

New water line installation - had to pay for the pipe even though it should of been covered buying this service and worse of all got rescheduled twice and made me wait almost a month but the people who installed were nice and professional,

Your sub contractors are not INSTALLERS, they are delivery folks, all they know is to plug in the appliance. In the instructions it called out for a 20 foot waterline. They brought a 6 footer which is not long enough to go around the next cabinet. UTTERLY disappointed. My wife and I ended up doing it ourselves.

The guys that came to install my new fridge and run a new water line were great. They did an excellent job with delivery and installation.

Purchased my refrigerator back in May and since then they never came to install the water line!!! They never called me to let me know they were not coming until I called them!!! Missed a day at work cause of them!!!! Bad communication,and the service person NEVER ANSWERED AND NEVER REPLIED TO MY TEXTS!!!
