Best Buy really disappointed me. My order was placed end of January I originally had a service appt for Feb16th. Come to find out my appt was never scheduled. I was on the phone with them (geek squad) for a wk. A manager never returned my calls, as all the technicians said they would! I ended up having to wait until March 16th for my fridge and dishwasher to be connected.

Excellent installation. No hazel, no well you didn’t pay for this. In out, slam bang thank you mam.

Excellent job the new machine! No mess and no damage, in and out in 30 minutes. Great job!

Good size and holds a lot. Really like the stainless steel exterior for cleaning.

I'm not sure watt to write on this they did not install the water line they say I needed to call a plumber but the set up is really easy

Brand new hardwood floors in the kitchen were destroyed by the installation team. The property damage claim has taken a awhile just to begin and still no solution for the damage that has been done. A 10 thousand dollar project is going to cost me even more money to repair .

I just had my refrigerator delivered and installed. The men were very quick and professional. Had me up and running in no time.

Nothing was installed. Best Buy is a joke. I will never do business again. The workers came and never installed anything nor removed my old appliance which I paid for. This is the worst treatment I've ever experienced.

Worst service ever!!!!! "0" Stars (not even one, but the system required it to do the review). The status says that the service was completed but nobody came to do the installation. I called to request an explanation, and after 1 hour and 15 minutes on the phone, the call failed and nobody called me back until now, 3 days later.

Awesome job. Cannot believe one guy moved and installed that huge Fridge!

Three trips from the installers, all giving us different information regarding needs. One actively complained about Best buy. The last one damaged the fridge door when bringing it inside.

Sorry this process did not happen. The Fridge was delivered and the guys left. NO water line install. In fact they didn't even leave the water line kit. Very poor service. And on top of that we now have to wait until August 17th for a tech to come out and do the job that should have already been done.

Installation was great. Door was damaged in shipping. The problem was taken care of quickly.

Crew did an amazing job arriving on-time. Would recommend this to a friend.

Your sub contractors are not INSTALLERS, they are delivery folks, all they know is to plug in the appliance. In the instructions it called out for a 20 foot waterline. They brought a 6 footer which is not long enough to go around the next cabinet. UTTERLY disappointed. My wife and I ended up doing it ourselves.

This entire experience sucked. The installer demanded $250 in CASH. When I finally got through to someone at Best Buy willing to listen to me, the installer ran away! While the installer was at my house they changed the reason for the extra cash 2-3 times depending on whom they were speaking to. I will think twice before making another service from you!
