    We thought we needed installation, and when removing the fridge we had the ice maker wiring we needed. Everything was great!

    They moved the old refrigerator out and installed the new line and refrigerator really quick. Explained the basics before they left.

    I did not receive an installation of a new water line but was charged for it anyway. After multiple calls to customer service, I was assured that my money would be refunded. So far I still have not gotten credit. The delivery men had indicated that they had installed a mew line.

    ON THREE ATTEMPTS HE DELIVERY INSTALLERS HAD KNOW IDEA WHAT TO DO...COLDNT SPEAK MUCH ENGLISH AND DIDNT TAKE ANYTHING....THEY REFUSED TO TAKE ANYTHING.=

    Good delivery and installation work with terrible paperwork - 3 weeks after delivery BestBut system still shows delivery not completed and re-scheduling an appointment is needed. Consequently, no reward points (about $90 worth) are credited to my account. I called customer services multiple times and no one can correct it.
